My husband and I were in Pittsburgh for a wedding and before we drove back to Buffalo on Sunday morning we decided to get breakfast. We researched a few recommendations, and decided to check out the Dor-Stop. We left our hotel to arrive shortly after the restaurant opened, and I'm glad we did. We were greeted in from the frigid... We ate here for breakfast. The place is small but has a home style feel. You get a lot of food for the price. I love the potatoes they serve with the eggs. The omelet was yummy and fresh. The staff is extremely friendly.

My wife and I had a late breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the PhillyCheeseSteak omelette and Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal HotCakes (pancakes). The omelette tasted very fresh; I was very surprised that there was no oil in the omelette from the steak, very tasty. The hash browns were large chunks of potato and crispy. We absolutely loved the pancakes,... More

The coffee was hot fresh and flavorful and the waitress kept it coming. The breakfast food was outstanding. Liked the potatoes and onions. Pancakes are worth getting. Try the apple pancakes. Our server was personable and patient for us newbies

I visited on a busy Saturday morning. Our wait was surprisingly quick. But it was just two of us. My friend recommended the eggs Benedict. And it was very good. Watching around me the omelettes and pancakes looked very good. Will definitely go back.

We've been to the Dor-Stop a few times. The first time I was there, I tried their "famous" pancakes and I was unimpressed. However, I also had the potato pancakes, and those were awesome! The last couple of times we were there, the food was great. The staff was always very friendly and interacted well with our children. My biggest... More

I had the short stack of pancakes, bacon, eggs and home fries. Huge portions that were hot off the grill! Prices are super reasonable! I will visit again!

Wife and I stopped at 7AM on a Saturday. There were 2 waitresses and the place was about 2/3 empty. Our waitress was uncomfortably unfriendly to us, but to people she recognized that came in she was pleasant and chatty. We heard the specials when she was at the table next to ours but she didn’t tell us. After the... More

Using Trip Advisor, we decided to try before leaving Delmont. I had the Burrito and the Husband had Guys Version of the scramble. We were excited to see this place was featured on DDD as we try to find these gems. The food was good, service was good and I highly suggest getting there before 9:30 on a Sunday or... More

Wait staff was great, owner very friendly, food was excellent. When I eat at diners, I always ask for advice as to what to eat, and I'm glad that I did. Cheddar bacon wrap with chicken was good!
