The food was really good, but I did have to send my steak back as it was not cooked to my specifications. Otherwise I was pleased.

Heard great reviews of this place . The steaks were excellent, salads good and the portions large. Ambiance left a lot to be desired. The dining area between the bar and open kitchen was quite loud so a seat far away is most desirable. The choc.mouse was bitter and small but the soufflé was a good choice for dessert. Unless... My golfing buddy and I have travelled the world eating at Morton's from Hong Kong to Boston. Their rare bone-in filet is great, but was outstanding in this Pittsburgh facility. Perfect aging and preparation. With oysters and half a salad, the martini and glass of cab, the dinner was superb.

Morton's has always been one of my two favorite places to go when you want a truly great steak. They are all pretty much the same, which is wonderful! The bartender is friendly and a great mixologist! Would recommend a reservation since this one is in the heart of the Pittsburgh theater/ball park area.

We had filet mignon and salmon. Both well prepared. Strange to notice that Morton's don't use the right silver when they serve fish. When we explained and asked for it, they admitted that it was not available. Dommage!

I attending a dinner hosted by a company and the food was good but a little cold for my taste. There were 30 people or so there - I was on the far table so it could have contributed to the food temp. We did have 2 servers and they did a great job of keeping our wine glasses topped... More

My wife and I were looking forward to a nice dinner at Morton's. Little did we know what a disastrous evening we experienced. From the moment we walked in and were seated in a back overflow room with no menus to the ice cold oyster Rockefeller to the inept servers who wanted us to order the minute we sat down.... More
