As we all know, Mortons is a chain restaurant. I attended a business dinner here in April. We started off with oysters, giant prawns and a bacon wrapped appy. I had a delicious mixed green salad for my appy and then enjoyed the Alaskan halibut for my main. The service was very good but the reason i didn't give it... More

Always the best atmosphere, best service and by far the best food at any price anywhere without a doubt. Steak, seafood, sides, desserts and beverages are always impeccable. My favorite restaurant without a doubt, can't wait to come back!

For the price.....the food was just average. I order the mixed grill......I was asked how I wanted my steak prepared.........I wanted medium and it was most definitely well done and very dry........we were in a hurry so I had not time to send it back.........will not recommended to friends nor will I return.

Ate at the Bar. Service good. Food wasn't. Caesar was pile of Romaine with shaved Parmesan and almost no dressing. Ribeye was fair. Lyonnaise Potatoes so-so. Folks, when you are paying absolute top Dollar, your food is nothing to write home about, your wine is $18 glass and the guy next to you at the bar has a ball cap... More

A lovely midweek dinner. Large portions, good steaks and grrat tasting sides. Dessert was a minor disappointment.

With no dress code enforced and diners dressed in blue jeans and sloppy attire, the "fine dining" atmosphere is greatly diminished. We arrived a few minutes earlier than our reservation time, and were told there were several other parties to be seated before us. However, two parties entered AFTER us and were seated immediately. We were seated at a booth... More

Best steak in Pittsburgh. Sides are large enough to share and tasty. Deserts to die for. Excellent wine list.

We decided on the spur of the moment to drop in for a steak dinner. Were not dressed for the occasion but was greeted and served professionally throughout the dinner. Ordered Filet Mignon and Signature Cut Prime New York Strip, sides and souffle. Steak was good but not as tender and juicy as we expected. Souffle was excellent. Overall a... More

This was our second time dining at Morton's Pittsburgh. The wait staff is always friendly and professional. The food was fantastic. I usually order the filet and it is always done to perfection. Delicious sides to share and a beautiful setting. I highly recommend. It is in a great location for after an event downtown.

Ate here last night to celebrate my wife's birthday. She had the filet and lobster tail, while I ordered the rack of lamb. Both were ordered rare and were served perfectly by our waiter Matt. We also had Caesar salads, asparagus, and the blue cheese and bacon mashed potatoes (absolutely amazing). Bread pudding with vanilla ice cream for desert and... More
