Great place to go if you don't want service and love being ignored. Walked out after 20 minutes at the bar. Don't waste your time!!!

Place is so easy to rent from, 40 all day for kayak. They assist you getting in and you can have a map if you would like. The loop goes up canal then you get out at lock 60 walk to Schyukill (around 50-100 ft) and take that up to port sign (near power lines) then get back in canal... More

This joint is fading fast, too bad! Years ago food was really good.....atmosphere stinks, bar needs a renovation big time! I can remember spending most Saturday afternoons there eating and drinking the day away.

Thank goodness John has returned to the Fitz. The food has the same style as he had before but the other people that ran the place into the ground have really ruined the reputation of Fitzwater Station. You really need to head back there and try it out again. He hadn't started serving full dinners yet but hopefully soon. If... More

We came for kayaking and stayed for drinks and a snack. The deck offered great views of the canal but the waitress on the deck was very slow and we waited forever for one drink. We had the nachos but they were nothing special. The menu had a lot of choices! I think they just need a little pep talk... More

Great off the beaten path location. Outside or inside seating, you can look over the canal. The wings are great, and a large portion too. Happy hour prices are very good.

The food was just OK charged $13 for a burger then extra for fries. Location is good right on canal but lunch on the deck there was only 3 tables with umbrellas and the one we sat at was broken so it would smack you in the head every so often but at least it was some entertainment since you... Service was not awful but was not what I would call good either. We sat at the bar for five minuets or so while we waited for s table. The bar was not busy but we couldn't even get acknowledged by the bartender to get a drink while we waited. In general, the place was dirty, the menu was either... More

We stopped in hoping for a few drinks and simple sandwich. Setting is very nice on a canal with deck. Had to get up from seat to order drink from bar after waiting 15 mins. Then, waved down single waitress to order apps after another 10 minutes. Never saw her again for 20 mins and apps came lukewarm. Asked for... More
