Falls Market in Ohiopyle,Pa. is a good place to cool off on a summer's day with ice cream. The service was quick and server was friendly. You can also order outside and eat with your dogs.

While visiting Ohiopyle State Park and Falling Water the following day we decided on theFalls Market cafe both days for lunch. The food is take out from an outdoor window with ample seating both inside as well as on a patio. The prices are reasonable...and the food is well prepared and served with ample portions. We were glad that we found the market.More

Homey place to get lunch and dinner. People were very friendly and helpful in ordering. The pulled pork sandwich was excellent and a large portion. The fries were good but it was really all about the sandwich

I've eaten at Falls Market several times and was looking forward to refueling as I pedaled the GAP Trail. Unfortunately, the food was rather poor this time. The portions were generous but the fries were greasy and the pulled pork sandwich a bit limp.

We went to the Falls Market for dinner after a long day of rafting. The food was fantastic. Pulled pork sandwiches with carnival fries? Yes please! Very nice little place to sit outside and eat. You can park across the street and visit the falls...after your meal.More

We were looking for a quick lunch in between visits to Polymath Park and Falling Waters. The service was friendly and quick. The food was fresh and really good. Chicken Gyro was served on a warm, soft pita with a tasty tsaziki sauce. Chicken Thai...wrap was fresh, juicy and a little spicy. The homemade three bean salad was fantastic, with a sweet vinaigrette.More

We just stopped there for a quick ice cream before going on to Polymath Park. The ice cream was a bit soft and was melting quickly before we got to the car just outside. It was also a bit too sweet and at almost $9...for a scoop each somewhat pricey we believe. There is no place to eat inside as it’s only outside seating and not much of that. The ice cream would have melted even faster on a hot August day.More

I was in Ohiopyle for the first time. After a morning hike, I wanted some lunch before heading out again. The first place I stopped had an endless line, so I went to the Falls Market, right on the corner as you enter Ohiopyle. The...line moved quickly. Prices are high (amusement park-like), but the portions were large, the food was hot, and it was delicious. I got the beef fajita wrap and french fries for $14. Items are packed in a box, so it was easy to take it to go and eat it elsewhere (a shaded picnic table!). It would have been nice to bring a picnic with me to Ohiopyle, but if I came again on a quick, unplanned trip, I would not hesitate to eat here again.More

Haven't eaten here in a while, so wanted to give a quick update. The chili is awesome! Even though it was 90 degrees, the hearty chili somehow hit the spot after a day of biking and hiking. The fudge is delicious. Overpriced, as are many...of the menu items, unfortunately, but it's delicious fudge! I was told that it is NOT made there, however. The clothes were picked-over. I really hated to see such a low inventory of hats, etc, during the peak season. The small grocery section was well stocked if you need anything for your extended stay. The only complaint I have other than the low selection of hats and shirts is the attitude of some of the workers. I don't understand it, and I can't figure out why, but this seems to be a reoccurring theme.More

Great location right off of the GAP trail. Many options for food and site seeing and a local bike repair shop. Close to trails and visitor center. Rafting trips available nearby. Room 103 was a little tight but had a modern bathroom. Not many hooks...to hang drying clothes from. Bike storage indoors and locked. No included breakfast during our stay although it is an option for other rooms. Breakfast from Ohiopyle Bakery and Sandwich shop was a very good option.More

We had the largest private room, king bed. Rickety construction (squeaky floor and bathroom door) but room was large and clean with good air conditioning. Bed was nice and firm but sheets were worst I've had in any hotel, pure polyester. Electronic check in went...fine, but no visible human service of any kind. Windows facing Main Street had translucent curtains. Not bad for a hostel type lodging, but for $250 a night they should provide cotton sheets and blackout curtains.More

The early morning breakfast service was simple but good, “homemade” breakfast sandwiches and reasonably good coffee. The store has lots of little necessities like bandaids and insect repellent plus gifts and mementos. Also some great locally made candies/treats along with all the usuals.

I have hesitated to write this review as we have eaten here in the past while biking and it was great! However, we stopped in a few weeks ago while biking to DC and ordered a chicken and veggie fajita. I was specific in my...order of the veggie fajita and brought it back due to it being prepared incorrectly. They were rude saying this is the way it is served (even though I was specific in my order...veggies only, no sauce of any kind). After some back and forth he prepared another for me with cold veggies and cold wrap. I didn't take it back in b/c I was annoyed at that point. I also found it interesting that the sign on the door stated that no one would be served if they didn't have a mask on, but the cook was wearing his mask around his neck the entire time. (please note, that I am not a "mask" person, I just found it ironic that patrons needed a mask but the cook didn't) The only reason for 2 stars is b/c my husband's chicken fajita was good and as I said we had a positive experience there the last time we were there, otherwise I would have given a zero!!More

I had eaten here two years ago, and liked it. This experience was not as good. Maybe it was because we were off season, or maybe because of the pandemic. Only seating was outside. Food was OK. We must have been the last ones served,...since they closed up right after we got our food.More

The menu is on their web site. With a group of 15 you will probably not be able to sit together. Tables are for 2 or 4 people. There are one or two for 6.
