I had eaten here two years ago, and liked it. This experience was not as good. Maybe it was because we were off season, or maybe because of the pandemic. Only seating was outside. Food was OK. We must have been the last ones served,...since they closed up right after we got our food.More

This corner store/sandwich window right across from the falls seemed to be the only thing available in Ohiopyle during the week/off-season. Not sure if this was because of pandemic requirements or standard for October In the area. Slow cooked beef and pork were the best...sandwiches there (two of us should have split one, especially with the delicious hand-cut fries). Messy but worth it. Cucumbers lettuce and tomatoes were way too big in various wraps to eat as a wrap. We just picked things out. Cold beer would have been nice after long day hiking. Covid-wise tables were too full and too close for comfortable distance-eating....there are benches across the street at the trailhead and grassy areas at the park for more remote eating but a table is handy for these lovely messy sandwiches. Tables were all outside but were not being wiped down and condiments/paper products/seasoning were all “shared”. There were no public hand sanitizer stations in the eating area or in the store. Just come prepared for that. Toilets were closed and patrons directed to public toilets across the street.More

Stopped in Ohiopyle overnight while on the Greater Allegany Passage Trail ride. Our guest house had a gas grill for the guests so I called the market and they had some individual wrapped steaks - we walked down, grabbed a steak (just under a pound...so we elected to share one), they also had potatoes, onions, canned corn, and they kindly gave us a small container of margarine (and a handful of salt and pepper packets). true trail angels and thanks so much for making our dinner in ohiopyle a success!More

This outdoor restaurant has really good food. We stopped after rafting, and it was so good that we went back the next day (since we were still in the area). The pulled pork hoagie was excellent. The cheeseburger was good. My kids loved the wrap...that they had. The fries were good, too. It wasn't overly expensive, either, and it came out really fast despite them being busy. I was impressed. There is lots of outdoor seating, and the atmosphere is good. Music is playing, but it's not obnoxiously loud. They also have treats (homemade chocolates and ice cream), drinks, snacks, & souvenirs inside the store. We all had double-scoops on waffle cones, and the ice cream was fantastic. The salted caramel pretzel was especially good. I also enjoyed the pineapple/coconut. The chocolates were also delicious. The only minor complaint I have is the staff. They were not overly friendly. At the restaurant outside, the woman seemed annoyed when I asked for sweetener for my unsweetened iced tea, and she only gave me 2 packets (without asking if that was enough). I wanted another but didn't even bother asking because of her attitude. The woman who rang us up one day inside the store was similarly burly. We were ordering some chocolates and ice cream, and she gruffly told us we had to pay for the chocolates, THEN go get the ice cream and pay again. I understand that she likely didn't want to forget what we got, but she could have written it down or AT LEAST been nicer about it. It wasn't terrible, but the attitude of the folks working there doesn't match the quality of the food. I would have given an excellent rating (5 stars) if not for this facet of the business. I would absolutely stop here again. There's not a ton of great option in this area, and the food is absolutely worth it.More

The food I ordered and ate was a perfectly cooked grilled chicken gyro. It was so big I didn't think I could eat it all - plus it came with fries. Everything was fresh on it and it really recharged my engine after biking and...hiking across the bridge to the north of the restaurant. Friendly staff - and the wait wasn't that long to get the food. They followed all social distancing requirements. I highly recommend eating here if you are stopping off in Ohiopyle, PA.More

We stopped here for lunch after visiting Fallingwater. It was very conveniently located on the corner with street parking as well as a lot about half a block away. We ordered our lunch (grilled chicken salad and a gyro) at the outside window and it...was ready in about 5 minutes. The menu was not that extensive but I have a feeling it was limited due to COVID. If you need a quick stop to grab a bite I recommend going here.More

Located right on the main street across from the park and waterfalls, the Market serves generous portions of excellent food: sandwiches, soups, food, and if you still have room, great ice cream and a selection of chocolates and candy. If this isn't enough, you can...get snacks at the adjacent giftshop. Then burn off some of the food by walking down the park to the Visitors' Center to see the FallsMore

We were visiting Ohiopyle State park and stopped in here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised with the extensive menu and homemade food. I had a large and delicious Reuben sandwich and a bowl of homemade beef and barley soup which was very good. My...wife had a bowl of homemade potato soup and a serving of applesauce which she said tasted homemade. She enjoyed both very much. The service was good and we received our food quickly considering every table was occupied. They have a nice selection of cookies under glass; we bought a buckeye which was a little expensive but delicious. In addition, they have an ice cream counter, and my raspberry ice cream was a generous serving for a single dip and arguably the best I have ever had. When we are in the area again, we will definitely patronize this interesting restaurant.More

My husband and I stopped for dinner after white water rafting with Ohyiopyle Trading Company. We had the broccoli cheese bites, chicken fingers and french fries and a Juicy Lucy burger. The service was friendly and the food was good. We'd certainly go back again.

The menu is on their web site. With a group of 15 you will probably not be able to sit together. Tables are for 2 or 4 people. There are one or two for 6.
