I have not previously had an issue here. So I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and called them when I had an issue with my order (Just to confirm here, I was not asking for anything in return for my...complaint. I figured they wanted to know they were serving food today that tasted like spoiled garbage.) I was first hung up on for complaining. I promptly called back to finish my thought because, well I didn’t appreciate being hung up on. I asked who I talked to that would be so rude to hang up on the middle of my complaint. I was told it was the Owner....He came back to to phone and I said “I don’t want refunded or more food, I’m trying to tell you something is wrong here and you’re hanging up instead of being respectful, I just want you to know that I’ll be writing a bad review.” he hung up saying “Now I’m done with you” There’s something very wrong with blaming your paying customer and telling them “I’m done with you” ... actually guy, from reading past reviews there are a lot that are “done with you”. In my humble opinion, believe the bad reviews that are already out there and take your money elsewhere. I received bad food and bad treatment from the owner. He didn’t seem to care or even be surprised. Guess I should’ve known better. Now I do!More

The pizza was VERY good but they don’t have a sense of size. Everything is very large. It’s all made fresh though and is very good because of it. The service was good too but the manager (who was also the main person making the...pizza) kept taking business calls while cooking bit it didn’t detract too much from the food.More

I ordered a pizza and watched the pizza man twirl the pizza dough into the air for a few minutes like the old days. I went and did some shopping and the pizza was done. The pizza was good.

Great pizza but they will only deliver to Mckeesport sometimes. I guess they only deliver when they need the revenue. It's a 5 minute drive from my home to the restaurant and I don't live in a bad area. Unbelievable! We order pizza at least...once a week and my roommate orders pizza at least once a week. That $50 a week, $200 a month or $2400 a year in missed revenue just from my home. POOR MANAGEMENT that obviously don't care about sales.More

Great subs, probably in part because of their wonderful homemade bread. Their pizza dough is great too.

I had ordered 2 large pizzas and they said it would be 20 minutes, well 20 minutes came and went and still no pizza. This is the second time this store has done this. I thought many it was a fluke the first time, but...apparently I was wrong. The only reason they got 2 stars is the pizza was good.More

If you can get a coupon for a discount it's worth it but not at full price. Good location in Norwin plaza .

Great pizza and offer sides as well. They also deliver. No problem creating your own pizza with toppings. They are always busy, therefore, everyone loves their pizza.

The pizza was great. Fresh ingredients and fresh Parmesan cheese. My son was very impressed. We like to eat at places we can't find at home and this was worth the try.

First time ordering we ordered a pizza. It was very good but expensive for the size pizza that you get. Second time we ordered gyro's and jalepeno poppers. The gyro's were gross and the homemade cucumber sauce was disgusting!

Some of the worse pizza I've ever had, and I eat different pizza almost weekly. Haven't had anything else from there, but the pizza definitely wasn't too my liking. I wouldn't try it again.
