Food is homemade and delicious. For lunch, I had a mushroom, tomato and spinach soup with quiche and a salad. Each was plentiful for a single meal but I wanted to try everything. I returned the following evening for dinner. First, it was way too noisy to hear anyone speak. I had a pulled pork dish and it was fair.... More

Always a good meal here. Sometimes not a good table in front because of door and crowd. BYOB. Chimmichurri (?) Sauce super. Don't go there enough. Daniel is a great chef!

Myself and two friends had lunch here. We were very pleased and would highly recommend Cafe Con Leche! The menu has many healthy choices and there were several lunch specials. We had panini s loaded with fresh, tasty vegetables and a really nice size side salad. A very pleasant lunch spot. I would l Ike to return to try dinner.

They have good food, no bar, but you can BYOB, but otherwise a very good restaurant, dinners aren't that expensive, but the bathroom is upstairs

I ended up eating here after staying and eating at another establishment in town. This place was highly recommended and it was worth every dollar I spent there. Food was so amazing and tasty, get the pasta! It was out of this world. Service was impeccable and top notch. This will be my new go to place when I am... More

They have the best jalapeño sweet potato soap! Great vegan options. Kids like the rock shrimp over pasta and they always have a yummy quiche.

Visited for lunch with 8 family. The food and service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the black bean burger both on salads and as sandwich. One member of our party also had the Chicken Chimi which he said was very good. Definitely will go again!

Cafe con Leche is a great restaurant for delicious, healthy food. I tend to order the same thing every time I am there and it never disappoints - the asparagus, tomato and brie panini which is served with a colorful side salad. Their soups are wonderful as well-love the one with the jalapeño. My favorite lunch spot in Newtown!
