Visited for an anniversary dinner. Found the menu wording a little pretentious but the food delivered was very good. Pricing is very reasonable for the food quality, preparation, and the venue. A historical site with lots of atmosphere. They have some Monday and Tuesday weeknight specials worth investigating. Service was excellent and efficient. Definitely will return - a few more... More

British friends came to town, so we took them out for dinner at The Inn at Phillips Mill. It's our favorite local restaurant. It's open seven nights a week and while Friday and Saturday can be rough for reservations on short notice, it was quiet on Sunday evening. FYI: During the summer Friday and Saturday reservations are a little easier... More

Attractively unusual/old-fashioned. Beautiful old building off of Rt. 202 in New Hope, Pa. Wait staff very accommodating and pleasant. We originally were placed in the back porch with open floor to ceiling windows (very hot and humid night) and when requested we be moved to the air condition porch on the other side of the building, there was no problem... I only wish this restaurant was closer to home! A fellow oenophile and I selected this to share a couple bottles of French wine (its a BYOB) over dinner. We had no idea the quality of food we were about to experience! Our server, Jackie, while only at this establishment a few months has an extensive background in hospitality from... More

Our last day in the area we dined at this Inn. Loved that we could bring in our own wine. This is something you could never do where we live. After several days of Ho hum meals, this was a real treat. I loved how our plates had a sampling of several veggies, puréed ginger carrots, roasted pepper, scalloped potatoes... More

We visited this restaurant many times when we lived close to,the area. Since moving to Center City Philadelphia our visits have been few but we made the trip today and found that this bistro is still as rustic and good. The atmosphere is worth the visit and sitting outside in their lovely courtyard was lovely. The house salads were fresh... More

We met old friends here for dinner. We were glad it was a BYOB so we could all bring our favorites! The place is very small and intimate; very romantic for dinner for two--and just right for the 4 of us to catch up on our lives. This is NOT the place to go to if you want to be... More

We had dinner at the Inn at Phillips Mill on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. It's one of our favorites. It's a BYOB, even better. Summer is a good time to visit because they feature outdoor seating on their brick patio in the garden. This increases their seating capacity. They also have air conditioning, for those of us wanting... More

The setting in this old inn was simply superb. This was a time travel delight of a dinner. Service was excellent; food was excellent. But it was the setting was the best for us. It was an out of time experience, back to the days when people knew that dining out was special. Voices were civilly pitched. The setting was... More
