Place was super dark, hard to to read the menu had to use cell phone light to be able to read the menu. Good was good, service was about average, not much to brag about. Will give this place a second chance.

Wonderful Chinese Food!!

We have been going to Jade Garden for many years - never disappointed! Among our favorites are the Won Ton Soup, Combination Fried Rice, Shrimp with Chinese Veggies, and General Tso Chicken! If you want an extra kick of spicy - just need to ask. Portion sizes are great - always wonderful when you can take some home for another night! Staff are very friendly! With so many Chinese food places around, when you find one like Jade Garden, need to spread the word!!

Just plain bad!

My sister and I ate there last night. Thought it would be a nice dinner together. Ist the waiter did not understand what we wanted and had to start I dinner over.then forgot the rice. Only time he was attentive was to clear dishes and collect the bill. Now for the food. Both of us ordered chicken dishes. I thought the chicken was different but not until reheating my leftovers did I discover the chicken in the dishes was chicken skins. Dont know about anyone else but I expected pieces of real chicken. Horrible. Will not go back or reccomend to anyone. Extra,the for TV une cookies are stale.

anywhere else would be better

I tried this place a few times thinking maybe i had caught them on an off night, but to tell you the truth every night seems to be an off night for them.... We got dinner from here and it was bland and not at all what I expected. The general tso's was chewy and bland. The next time we went we got sushi and it was warm and seemed old and not fresh after the meal (around 12 hours after I started feeling sick to my stomach) I had not eaten anything else that day that could have made me sick so it had to have been the sushi...... I will not go back and I suggest just trying somewhere else.

Stopped by for some evening sushi. It was very good, the wasabi was hotter than typical which is what I like. I had tuna, Spicy tuna and California rolls. They were all very good, I would highly recommend!

We came through Murrysville, looking for a restaurant for lunch. We stopped by at Jade Garden, which looks like the typical Chines restaurant. We experienced a very friendly staff, who also took some time for a nice small talk, because there was not much to do as caring for us, because we were late. The food was good and the portions, my goodness, that would be still enough for dinner! The prices for a lunch menu are o.k., there is a remarkable difference compared to dinner. Recommended: General Tso's chicken ( or shimps)

Jade Garden is your typical Chinese restaurant when viewed from the outside. The food is presented well and has a spicy kick only when requested. The wait staff is attentive and polite. The menu also includes a sushi bar. We had the General Tso's Shrimp. The shrimp was meaty served with a tasty sauce.

Delicious, fresh Chinese & sushi

I really love coming into this local shop regularly for lunch or dinner. Having lived in Delaware for about 8 years, I had fresh sushi regularly and came to love it. Now that I'm back in the Pittsburgh area, hearing locals brag about sushi at Giant Eagle makes me cringe. Jade Garden has GREAT sushi, and it's local!

Have eaten here several times and each experience has been good. We had the beef and broccoli with egg drop soup and the lunch portion was very generous and the food was excellent. Service was friendly and the server was very attentive. Expect to eat here Korea!
