The best potato soup on the planet, served on Thursdays only. Other great menu items, include the Spanish Swiss steak, and Mac n Cheese. I've been going to Dick's for 20 years--they've been around much longer than that, and some of the same waitresses still work there. Fast, attentive service. Not gourmet by any means, but consistently good diner food.

This is a popular locals spot for breakfast, nothing fancy, just the standard fare like eggs pancakes, sausage, bacon, french toast and corned beef hash. One unusual item that is always on menu is corn meal mush. They have great potatoes smothered on onions and butter. Nithing fancy or unusual, but dependable service and food.

We are staying in Monroeville for a few days prior to a wedding. We always look for diners when traveling North because they usually have much to offer and breakfast is usually served all day. Based on the good reviews we gave Dick's a shot. Very comfortable setting with booths and tables available. Can't miss the pie case behind the... More

Neat as a pin eatery staffed by friendly professionals. It is nice when you order coffee and they bring a carafe full. My breakfast came out as ordered and was delicious. Prices are low. The restaurant has been in the same family for three generations and they have it figured out.

My boyfriend and I really were craving meatloaf / roast beef sandwiches. Thought we would give them a try and had to say definitely was exactly what we were looking for nothing fancy but good home-cooked food.

I can remember eating at Dick's Diner when I was youngster, That was quite a while ago since I am now collecting Social Security. In all those years, I don't think the menu has changed significantly, but that's OK, because everything is good. My favorite has always been the open face roast beef or turkey sandwich smothered in gravy. If... More

Typical dive bar and restaurant. They do allow smoking here so be aware. I recommend the wedding soup and fish dinner/sandwich. Stay away from the spaghetti. Friendly staff and bartenders.

I love Dick's diner! The food is very good. They have a hot turkey dinner once a week and hot turkey sandwiches every day that are made with real turkey, just like mom would make.

Good food. Hot turkey or roast beef always great choices. Best pies, especially Boston Cream Pie. They handled party of 10 nicely for lunch.
