I ordered three pizzas for my family. I paid using my debit card, we got the pizzas and that was that I thought. Until a few days later me and my wife noticed that DiMaria's had taken a $500.00 tip from my card plus the...price of the pizzas! I called DeMaria's to find out what was happening. The son said that his father accidentally pressed $500.00 not $5.00. He said that he was calling the company to reverse the transaction, why he didn't just give me the $500.00 back with a check or cash I don't know. I was understanding, a mistake is a mistake, granted this was a BIG Mistake! Anyways long story short I ended up not getting my $500.00 back for over a week and the whole time they didn't even offer a pizza or something for this whole fiasco! $500.00 dollars is a lot for me and my family, bills got paid late and we skimped by as far as food because of being short the $500.00. So NO I would NOT recommend DiMaria's, unless you use cash so they don't do this to you!More

Excellent American Italian food. Lots of home made sauce & thick cheese. Reasonably priced worth a visit you won’t regret it. There are coupons on local flavor $10 for $20 in food. My family of there went and brought lots of food home you’ll love...it.More

Pizza shops are all over the place, right? Some not so good, some OK, some outstanding. I come back to Di Maria's in Mount Joy every so often not for pizza, but for their spaghetti with meatball meal. The one in the photo I provided...was just the lunch meal and only $4.99 with sauce or with two nice sized meatballs for under $7 and that included my drink and choice of salad or garlic bread (hey, I can get salad at home). Naturally, the larger dinner meal would be more. This is just one of the choices in the pasta selections. I've included menu photos so that you can peruse at your leasure. I'm sure their pizza is good but I've never had it because when I walk in and look at all the meals, expecially pasta ones, I figure I can get pizza anytime, but not great cooking of Italian food. So yes they have other pasta meals like chicken and shirmp alfredo, eggplant parm, baked ziti, stuffed shells, seafood primavera, eggplant rollatini, and so much more. Check out that menu. Plus they have hot and cold hoagies (subs), wraps, club sandwiches, panini, other hot sandwiches, soups, stromboli..where can you go wrong "momma mia!" When I went in at lunch there was quite a few local workman coming through the door at the same time taking seats at tables and booths. "Cleaverly", I went to the order out register and ordered and paid for my spaghetti and meat balls to be delivered to a table that I chose. There was one waitress and she could move with those orders like a firefly at night...zip, zip, zip one table to the next, back to the cook area, out with meals and drinks..zip, zip, zip. She was amazing! She was also quick headed, smart and knew her job well. All the tables and everything I could see looked nice and sparkly clean (a must). An employee came out from the back with one of those mechanical push brooms to clean up the rug and floor and pushed the wrong button and out came the dust that he had to re-scoop up. I laughed out loud, didn't mean to, but he had a good sense of humor and laughed too. I said great restaurant - good food and a entertaining floor show besides. So anyway, all kidding aside, I highly recommend this little restaurant for a quick of longer meal. Don't be fooled by the outside as it is part of one of those strip of stores with a sub place next door and some other buiness on the other. It's what is going on inside that counts, and it is good! It sits out in the front area away from the Mount Joy, Giant food store. It is behind the Giant gas station on the street. You come in at the light next to that. EnjoyMore

There are so many pizza places in the surrounding area but we think this one stands out. The pizza is great and they have a variety to choose from. My favorite is the vegetable stromboli. The crust is crisp and has a great flavor. We...will definitely return.More

I am on love with their grandmothers pizza. Square sliced, hearty tomato sauce, dabs of mozzarella, and a serial of basil pesto! Unfortunately they were hit really hard by the health department recently, so not sure I'll be back for a while.

Nice friendly staff, clean establishment and great food. Located right beside another sub shop, but when you want a hearty sub or pizza, this is the choice you make.

We ordered a dozen wings, my mom ordered ziti which came with a salad and I ordered a small pizza. There was only one other party of 2 in the restaurant. My pizza came up first. The waitress told my mom hers would be ready...soon. We asked about the pizza and wings and she had completely forgotten about them. Apparently 4 customers is over her limit. We could hear the conversation in the kitchen, they clearly had not even started my mom's tossed salad or our wings. How difficult is it to make a tossed salad in 20 minutes? So after about 5 min the salad arrived and about 5 min after that the ziti arrived, we again asked about the wings. They finally came about 5 min after that and they were over cooked. We told the waitress to tell the folks in the back we were not pleased, she said she relayed our message but no one in charge came out to apologize or anything. Given the number of pizza/italian places in the area, we will never be back. Food was no where good enough to compensate for the lousy service. It was ok.More

Excellent cheesesteaks and tomato pies. Actually like eating in philly or south jersey with great rolls and the grandma pizza was excellent.

The service was great, but as for the sandwich was less desirable because who eats a chicken cheesesteak with a marina sauce. The sandwich could have been great. The young man was nervous maybe because my wife and I did not look like regular customers....I would go back and try the sandwich again but be more specific about what I want on my order.More

Great food made with quality ingredients, a nice atmosphere and an extensive menu for lunch and dinner. They serve a delicious cheesestake, I highly recommend this restaurant and will be back again. Michael Cramer
