Great pizza!

Open on Tuesdays (when virtually everybody else in Milford is closed), we tried Goodfella's - and were pleasantly surprised. Nice menu selections, and the different pizzas ordered arrived timely and were great: nice crusty base, good and ample toppings (I just live the Hawaiian!) - and they have a liquor license (reasonable wine prices). Pleasant service, had a nice chat with the owner. Will definitely come again - and much better than Luna Rossa.

Excellent Pizza Crust

Awesome staff, very intelligent, welcoming even to the weirdest of customers. Lovely atmosphere but you do not pay for it, the prices are low, pizza served here uses less sauce than it is used in NYC (that is a small minus for me).

Ordered pizza here which took forever. The staff was polite. The pizza was tasteless. Don’t waste your money. Go to Wendy’s next door.

Dinner on the road

Travelling back home from a vacation in NE, we stopped in Matamoras to break up the drive. Discovered Goodfellas while on a walk from our hotel. We requested an outside table and enjoyed watching the activity in the shopping center. Our server, Esther was appropriately attentive. throughout our meal. The restaurant's motto is "pizza to die for" so we had to try a slice- Wow! It was not an exaggeration! Dinner salads were exceptional-balsamic dressing was very good. We had fettuccini alfredo with broccoli and shrimp risotto with broccoli and both were outstanding! Cheesecake completed a very satisfying meal which was reasonably priced. Thank you, Goodfellas!

Great Place to Eat!

Our group of 6 couples riding motorcycles walked from Hampton Inn to Good Fellas to eat and we were not disappointed. The food was awesome, the portions huge, and the atmosphere was perfect for having conversation! The owner even came out to greet us. A fun night to remember in our travels!

Terrible Experience

My son and I stopped in while traveling back from Boston. We each ordered a couple of slices to go and sat down at a table while they heated up. Understand, we were the only customers in the place. The woman behind the counter basically ignored us. She left the slices up on the counter, barely heated up. When we asked for a to go box, she said that she needed to save the box. So we said that we’d eat it there. We were given cold slices at the table. Cold, floppy, huge slices. I ate half of my slice, my son at half of his slice, and we ended up walking out. I think I paid $45.00 or so for 3 slices apiece and 2 bottled waters. The pizza was terrible. The service was even worse. Apparently this place is doing well enough that they don’t need new customers, but we’ll never be back. It’s a shame because we travel this route fairly often when heading north. It would be nice to find a good pizza place while on the road.

Shockingly good!

We were passing through and needed a place to eat. This restaurant was shockingly good. Food was fresh, lots of options and well executed. Honestly, we are very picky and this place shouldn’t be missed

Worst Delivery Ever

They were busy and we said there was NO RUSH. What a mess. The salads were not included, nor the garlic cheese bread. Then entrees were filled with water from the pasta and the chicken parm was unedible -- burnt in parts and soaked with pasta water in other parts. The lasagna dinner was like soup. When called they said they would offer a 10% discount on the next order. A discount for an unedible meal! DISGUSTING. NEVER AGAIN!

Quick stop while traveling

This restaurant is in a shopping area near to the highway with easy on and off access. It is ideal when we are traveling. Because it is in the shopping area it has plenty of free parking available. As you enter you can order food to go or seat yourself at one of the tables or at the bar. They do have out side seating but not in the winter. We chose a four top in the dining room. A waitress dropped off menus and we placed our beverage order. I ordered coffee. The waitress returned to let me know they were out of coffee.Yikes! The spot was busy but not too noisy. We saw lots of food coming out of the kitchen. My table mate got a sub; they offer them hot or cold. I ordered a burger. It came with coleslaw and fries. The sub also came with a side; he chose coleslaw. The burger was good and plenty of food. The sub was also good. They sadly didn't have whole grain bread. And no mustard. The waitress did offer me honey mustard salad dressing. That worked out just fine. Service was good. Check out is at the register.

Should have stopped at Subway

We were traveling home from Maine and it was time for fuel and a quick lunch so we spotted the Subway sign in the large shopping center and pulled in. Then we saw Goodfella's Pizza and decided to give it a try. We should have gone to Subway. We ordered an All American Hero which was Chicken cutlet, ham, bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions & mayo. The chicken was burnt around the edges and tough not moist, the ham and bacon were both crumbled and there was so much we had to scrape most of it off, and the whole thing was just plain dry and tasteless. We don't live in the area so we definitely won't stop there again.

I ordered 2 pepperoni slices to go... 1 was enough!! They make 4 or 5 different size pizzas..to suit any appetite. Also, the dinners are good sizes.. (This is a real restaurant not a Domino's type pizza place..) Prices are reasonable.

Great food!

I never know what Im going to get when I try a pizza place in a shopping mall but Goodfellas has proven to be excellent. I’be had 3 meals here. An Italian hoagie that was on fresh bread with good ingredients and good mozt cheese. Wings.....honey bbq.....they were excellent. And a pizza......a veggie pizza......fantastic. Needless to say I’m quite pleased to find a place this good in a shopping mall 1/4 mile from my hotel.

Pleasantly surprised.

More than I expected from a little strip mall Italian restaurant. I had chicken parm with a side of tortellini. Everything was tasty., and the tomato sauce was pretty good. Good selection of beers and desserts. Prices were reasonable and portions were large. Service was friendly and attentive. A solid local place.
