In December 2022 I went to China One to dine in. It had been the first time I had dined in at this restaurant since the pandemic happened. I placed my order and then sat at a table as I have always done. To my...great surprise my food and accompanying rice were then served to me in their standard takeout containers with plastic cutlery. I was a bit put off by this and there was nothing anywhere in the restaurant to indicate they were serving dine in this way. I have dined in at many other restaurants post-pandemic, including other Chinese restaurants, and have not experienced this anywhere else. It may just be a cost-reducing practice from the pandemic that they’ve decided to keep, but it’s a poor way to serve dine in customers (just my opinion). I’m not sure if what I experienced is still happening or not so I recommend calling ahead if this is important to you.More

Don't like the changes

Something changed with China One recently and I'm not liking it. Let's start with the online ordering. They changed provider and the new system is awful. It didn't accept the previous password, so I reset my password. I got emailed a temporary 6 digit number...and it still wasn't accepted. I ended up creating a new account. As to the order itself. There is no vegetable egg roll option, only shrimp or pork, of which my daughter eats neither. So I put a comment in the order asking for a vegetable egg roll if possible. We also ordered a spring roll appetizer for my wife and me. When I went to pick up the order, the young lady tried to convince me that a vegetable spring roll is just like an egg roll. NO IT ISN'T! Finally, we ordered three entries, one we requested white rice, the other we paid extra for the vegetable fried rice. we only got the latter. No white rice. Despite the fact that they around right around the corner, we probably will not go back again.More

Post game meal

Food is always good and ready fast. The honey chicken had way to much honey. Way more than usual too. Normally it's done just right

Good Chinese

Great menu choices even for the kids. Service was fast and above all the restaurant was clean. Do mostly carry out but plenty of inside seating.

Nice Family Chinese Restaurant

Our favorite place for Chinese take out. Food is very good. The 'Mei Fun' menu items are excellant. Even during the busy times, they know how to move orders...Always call during busier times of the day. During slower times, you can walk in and the...food will be ready in less than 10 minutes. There is plenty of room to eat in if you like as well...not just strictly a take out restaurant.More

Great Chinese !!!

Fresh, hot and tasty Chinese food. Love this place. They never disappoint! Love the general tso, chicken and broccoli and egg rolls. Reasonably priced and clean. They even have on line ordering. They do not offer delivery (the only downside)

Fast, delicious Chinese food in Manheim, PA

Good lunch menu - lots of variety, with fast service. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was plentiful and hot, sauce was perfect w/ the pork-fried rice. Would recommend this as a good, fast lunch.

Always Good

I have been eating at China One since the day they opened. I find the food always good, always fresh and the prices are even better. But as important is the way you are greeted when you walk in or when you phone your order....They are very pleasant and are members of the community and kids go to the school.More

Always good

My family and I have frequented China One for several years and have enjoyed their food and hospitality. No complaints. A good value for your money...solid everytime. Try seaseme chicken and have them make it spicy!

Chinese walkin

good and fast food. You go to the counter to order and sit down and they'll serve you their food. They also have take out.

Fresh find, quick and good prices

I do like that you can place your order online. They are fast and always get your order right and delicious. My favorite is the house special lo mein which is about $9 for a quart. Shrimp, chicken, beef and pork with lo mein noodles....Yummy and plenty of it!More

next door so easy to call in an order

The restaurant is run by a family So service can be slow at times. The food is average but price is good and the portions are large This is not a place to sit for table service
