Our daughter and son-in-law live within walking distance of Caruso's. We went there on a Sunday evening to celebrate their first wedding anniversary and watch the Phillies game. We had a wonderful experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were great. I had seafood alfredo. We were all happy with the entrees, garlic bread, and salads we enjoyed. Our server was accommodating and pleasant. The Phillies won (their last win of 2024) and we had a memorable experience.

The locals call it Pete’s. Go to Caruso’s if you want an intimate bar on the outskirts of Lititz. The pizza and subs have always been our favorite. The bread is exceptional and very soft, and the large subs are MASSIVE! Always enjoyed the cheeseburger subs and the array of cheesesteaks they offer. Would recommend if you want a solid pizza or a great sub. Take-out is fast also!

Nice small Italian place. The food was good. Our server was very pleasant and she came back to check on us at appropriate intervals. This was the second time we were here in the past few weeks and for some reason, there was someone at the next booth with both visits that was extremely loud. Maybe they just need hearing aides, but it was annoying. No fault of Caruso's.

We tried the Potato Soup with Bacon; Pizza; Linguinie and Meatballs (spicy hot): and side salads...all were out of this World!!! And, Casey (our Waitress) gets a 10+ on her service with a smile!!! ☺ Parking in front and behind the building. Come hungry...portions are unbelievable!!! Will definitely be back.

Upon arriving home with my take out order, I found an item missing. I called back to the restaurant and discovered that the item was no longer available. I wasn't told that when I ordered or when I when to pick up my food. They actually charged me for the missing item.I don't think that is the way to run a business, I won't be back.

Great food. Subs, pizza and stromboli are all tasty. Service is fast, even when the place is busy. Can't beat the lunch specials.

We used to come here frequently. The past two times we were there the food was terrible. Had a veal parm sandwich. Guess I should have known better. It was grisly and could hardly be bitten into. We also ordered a sampler appetizer that was terrible. Service was pretty good but won't be coming back. Too many other Italian places in the Lititz area.

The pizza was excellent and the cheeseburger subs are great. If you get a large it will take and effort to finish it.

They don't always know that pepperoni rolls are on the menu but if you can talk to the chef, they can do them! Their cheesesteaks are great but let them know if you don't want sauce & onions!

Their chicken parmesan and cheese steaks are excellent! They have home made rolls which I'd recommend asking them to toast it if you like it crispy. Service was quick and pleasant. Inside is a little small though. There's a bar inside with a few TVs to watch sports. I'd recommend their sub specials, $7.99 for a medium sub (was large enough to take half home, 10" roughly) , fries and a drink!

This restaurant is actually in Rothsville, halfway between Akron PA and Lititz. We went there because it is the closest Italian restaurant (which was more than a pizza joint) to Ephrata, where we were staying. It is a mix of sports bar and diner-style restaurant. The food portions are just too big for the average-sized person. Our starter for 1 person could have easily fed 4 people. Our main course was so big that we didn't actually need a starter. The food was flavoursome but nothing special. It met our needs of being close by, efficient service and somewhat tasty food. But you would not choose here if you wanted high-quality Italian cuisine.
