We went here hoping for more than we received, unfortunately. With several very nice places to eat in close proximity, The Sturgis Haus is not meeting the challenge. The service was a bright spot in an otherwise forgettable experience. Our server was nice and prompt....More

I ate here and will not go back. Food was average. Management seemed less than thrilled by us being there. Drinks are just okay. While they say they offer free micro-brew samples to try before you buy, try asking for a sample when they are...More

Looking at this persons past reviews for Lititz, this one needs to be taken with a grain of salt. ALL their reviews are the same, "management not interested, "This could be a better place if.." etc. We ALWAYS will give a sample of ANY beer....More

No...its NOT the pretzel House...I believe the huge banner out front explains this.It says nothing about a "pretzel house". Cell phones will not be allowed anymore and the server will be reprimanded for it. When you tell the brewer your beer is flat, after all the...More

I've tried this place a number of times. The breakfast was okay, certainly unique compared to the other food places nearby. Dinner however was just not good. Food tasted microwaved, not fresh at all. Prices a bit high, portions were hit and miss depending on...More

What a strange little establishment. The entry looked quaint, so we saw that breakfast was served until noon, we walked in.....my entire family. The inside decor was confusing. There is a wall that had the locally brewed beers listed, but we were looking for breakfast....More

We want to thank you for such a constructive review. We are in the middle of the dinning room updates and realize it needs to be more "pubby". Thank you for your suggestions,we will be implementing the chalk boards more efficiently and setting a time...More

We had a blast twisting our pretzels at the Sturgis Haus in Lititz. The kids loved it. The tour was short, but we saw enough to know how they were made. Oven rooms are Hot! Their soft pretzels are the best. Gift shop was ok....More

Good place to stop to see how pretzels are made and to take some home. We always take pretzels home as well as enjoying fresh, hot, soft pretzels
