Inside and outside dinning upstairs: small parking area at the base of the building and bigger parking area across the street. Lauren was fabulous seated us inside away from people. The salmon terrikie was excellent The salmon prepared hot and nicely grilled. Salad and one...side: green beans and cole slaw excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant.More

This was the first restaurant we’ve eaten in since March. We had never been but are so glad we tried it. Food came out quickly. My son loved the ranch dressing which turns out to be made in house. My husband loved the crab cakes-...he hates fillers and this did not have any. The Mac & cheese was delicious as well. And my husband was a super fan of the 70’s pop playing overhead. Husband declared this is his new favorite restaurant.More

Needed a place for dinner on a Thursday night. We were seated quickly, even without a reservation. Attentive wait staff. Food was delicious and arrived promptly. We were able to linger and enjoy the meal. Their knife and fork burger with portobello mushroom was really...good. Lots of flavors that work well together. Don’t miss ordering the fried zucchini appetizer. We will be back.More

We had all you can eat crab legs-fantastic. It is on a second floor and you have to be able to climb stairs. It is also popular so there can be a wait. We waited an hour but they called my cell when a table...was availableMore

We thought the food and service were very good, prices resonable in this downtown restaurant and bar.

We decided to stop at Carol and Dave's because we saw they had a breakfast buffet. When we entered, we weren't sure where to go, as the signage said something like GO TO THE HOSTESS STATION TO BE SEATED. We saw a young adult smiling...at us from across the room, so we said ARE YOU THE HOSTESS? and she just smiled again. Finally a waitress told us that WAS the hostess and we needed to walk toward her. . It was awkward. Maybe better signage that says HOSTESS STATION?? We were seated quickly and told of the buffet, we said yes to that. I found the area dimly lit and uninviting. Many items were maybe half full on the buffet. Sausage gravy was lukewarm, waffles were crunchy and dry. It was a solid B-. Right as we finished up, we heard another server tell HER table that toast and eggs are made to order, and that order can be placed thru the server. How about that! We had wondered why there was not bread on the buffet, and only a quiche and veggie egg dish. Now we know why. But we had finished eating. So food? B-. Service. B. We won't rush back. We rarely go out for breakfast and ...this was not great. Maybe we should just stick to the breakfast buffet @ Eat N Park.More

Stopped in with friends for a drink and some appetizers ... first off the bartender (a young lady) was so incredibly rude ... we decided after one drink and so terrible appetizers we would move to a table . Well the service did not get...any better ... we should have not had additional appetizers but thought we will try something else in hopes they would be better ... absolutely nothing was good ... and service again very rude ... Ligoneer is a lovely place no need to every come back to this place ... go somewhere elseMore

Had not been for several years due to a prior issue and now see why. Rude bartender. Apps awful to mediocre at best. Grilled pizza burnt edges and raw in middle boneless wings were scraps of chicken with breading - pieces less than an inch!!...Brought us 2 artichoke dips we ordered only one and said we would not be charged for the second but noticed we were charged for 2 as we were driving home. Said nothing they could do unless we drove back with receipt. Really?? Think with all the technology today it would be easy to issue a credit to our card. But they don’t care. Great customer service- not. Done there for good now.More

One of my favorite restaurants in Ligonier. I love their lobster Mac and cheese. Fresh salads. Good dinners and yummy sandwiches. Service is great. Bar is quiet and separated from main dining room.
