Have wanted to try Elizabeth's for along time. Seemed like every time we were in Lewisburg they were closed. Would have to say Lewisburg does not have many fine dinning restaurants, in fact we had never found one. Now we have. The DR is lovely, Refined but very comfortable. Tables are not jammed together. We had a good pleasant professional... More
We wandered to Lewisburg for a summer road-trip. Elizabeth's turned out to be a very pleasant lunch respite. The ambience is casually elegant. The food is very good -well prepared, very tasty and nicely presented. It is a nice, small college town find.
My husband and I visited Elizabeth's a couple of months ago and it was out of this world. We made a return trip to the area and decided that this was the best dining option in Lewisburg. We both had perfectly cook (and seasoned) steaks and the dessert was to die for! I hold true to my previous reviews...BEST MANHATTAN... More
Elizabeth’s Bistro catered my mom’s 80th birthday party in May (2016). The food was excellent and many of my guests are still commenting on how delicious the food was. The chef and other staff arrived early and were pleasant to myself and my guests. They also thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. From planning with the chef, to set up and... More
It is hard to find excellent cuisine in this part of the country. The food is reasonably priced and ingredients are of good quality. The place is nice and clean. I ordered salmon rare and received it well done, my friend had a Cobb with chicken which had great flavor but was too dry to eat- lettuce was chopped finely... More
I am unable to answer Trip Advisors questions, they don't pertain to my experience. My review will answer my own questions which will give a better picture of our experience. 1. Was the hostess personal and friendly? Yes 2. Was the initial interaction with our waitress a good experience? Yes 3. Did the waitress come to our table soon after... More
Had a wonderful lunch at Elizabeth's on a previous visit. Returned with family for Mother's Day brunch/lunch. It was not even close in quality to the previous visit. 5 different entrees were decent, but not even good. Our starter salad was the best part of the meal. Service was fine and attentive. They aren't usually open on Sundays, so maybe... More
Food is well prepared and tasty. Make a reservation. It could and will get crowded depending on the activities at Bucknell University. A little pricey and may be considered a special occasion.
