Farm fresh ice cream, dairy products and on the farm experience. Inside and outside ice cream parlor. Clean and very friendly staff. Pumpkin sundae was delicious. Kids will love the farm animals.

Patches is sure to entertain. They have a decent ice cream selection at typical prices. Also, fresh farm foods...milk products, eggs, teas, etc. They have swing sets and animals to feed. The staff were nice. A nice place to visit for an hour or so.

Hard ice cream with about 10 flavors, also shakes, sometimes sundaes in season. Sell homemade butter, cheese, milk, eggs. Best chocolate milk ever! Ice cream pies. Children can play on swing set and feed goats. Is on farm.

I have to admit, many locals love this place. I can only guess that it's due to the lack of local options. I find the ice cream here underwhelming and lacking in flavor. As a self-proclaimed ice cream connoisseur, I consider Patches average at best. Add to that the higher than average price and I would much rather prefer the... More

Beautiful country menonight farm offering ice cream basically from the tap! Service Canberra a little slow but no worries the kiddies can play with the goats and donkeys! Great place for everyone for a treat!

The ice cream and shakes here are terrific, but that isn't the only reason to go. It is a really nice family run dairy and is a great place for families with children. Great ice cream and a small petting zoo for the kids.

Setting very nice, however, seems a bit expensive for ice cream. Service is good, recommend for out of state visitors. Dairy products like butter, milk more on the commercial side, not like "true" pure raw milk one might expect.

A friend bring me to this place to try the ice cream and it was very good. I also become their regular customer for the milk and eggs. I like the simplicity of the place, somehow it feel like a 'warm' place with nice people in there. There are playground for the kids also small animals like donkey, lambs, etc.

How do you know what the cleanliness practices are behind the scenes? That question is one of great concern, especially when so many {local ones included} restaurants fail state food safety and cleanliness standards Sometimes ones fail that you would not expect to fail. The Patches family is one of the cleanliest and particular farm families in the county. That... More

Want farm fresh milk? Buy direct from the farm. Patches has their own processing plant right on the premises. And they make fantastic ice cream. It is a family run business. Even the kids get involved. Love to sit and watch the animals too.
