We are a full-line bakery and deli offering breads, cakes, cinnamon rolls, cookies, donuts, gobs, hoagies, pies, pizza, salads and so much more! Outdoor seating on our patio in warmer weather.

Their cinnamon rolls, sticky rolls, snails, and cookies are yummy. Also the pizza and sandwiches.
I’ve tried their donuts and pies before and I personally don’t like them. The donuts are heavy and the pie crust is lacking that buttery taste I’m used to.
I will return for the stuff I like for sure.

This is the best bakery! A sweet spot for all! The donuts are so good. My favorite is the Maple. The snails take me back to childhood. Pie crust loaded with cinnamon and brown sugar! Gobs are good and strudel is my husbands favorite. Cherry! Try their macaroni and potato salad! Best ever. Tastes like mine! So I buy theirs to save myself work! Lol

Great place. All different kinds of Deserts / donuts. Pepperoni rolls/ pizza and many more regular food options.

We've never bought anything good here. We've been trying this place for about 15 years. But, they always disappoint.
We gave them another chance this past Saturday(9/26/20).
We bought cookies, an apple pie and some little pies and gobs--about $35 "worth" of stuff.
Unfortunately, as in previous times everything was bland, dry and
flavorless.
Everything just LOOKS good. But trust me. It isn't. Eating some of the stuff is like having ash in my mouth.
Just go to Walmart or Giant Eagle. You'd be better off. Even Walmart's 68 cent little pies are much better.
If you decide stop there make sure you also buy something to drink to wash it down as everything is so dry.

I have been there many times and its a hit or sometimes disappointing. Cookies often either not very fresh or lack filling in them just like the donuts or gobs...lots to choose from soups, pizza and pasta salads which are usually very good...If you get there close to lunch time be prepared to wait gets busy.

The Original Pie Shoppe (apparently, there's a restaurant by that name as well; we stopped at the retail bakery on Route 30) offers pies and other bakery products (we walked in the wrong door and couldn't find any pies, initially!). They have an extensive pie menu but not all are available at any given time; some must be ordered ahead (like butterscotch meringue(!) - wish we'd known that ahead of time). In addition to full-size pies, they also offer mini pies. We got several minis to share, most of which were pretty good. I can recommend the coconut custard and the chocolate. In addition to standards like apple and blueberry (which were good), we tried some unusual varieties, including raisin and a mixed berry variety. I can't claim as much enthusiasm for those, although they weren't bad. The staff is friendly but seemed to have a hard time telling us what they had available in the case. A good sign - we passed by several times and there were always a bunch of vehicles in the parking lot during business hours.

Absolutely the best baked goods around. If you need a pie, cookies, sandwich, and anything else that’s delicious this is the place. We visit frequently, not for those on a diet.

This pie shop has been here for AGES and always delicious. Such a variety with something for everyone. Didn’t know that
The cakes and cupcakes were very good in a PIE shop!

This is a great stop if you like homemade sweets! My favorite is cinnamon snails. Just like my moms! My groom likes strudels with cherry filling. Donuts are so fresh. I love maple glazed! Be still my heart! And the pizza is yummy. Fresh baked breads. Lunch meats and the best potatoe salad and macaroni salad. It is so good I quit making it and just use theirs! What’s not to like here? It’s worth the stop just to smell the bead and pies! Stop in to say Hi to all the friendly people who work there and you will be back!!

Luckily this outstanding bakery is close enough that we can visit it several times a year. Our family always looks forward to the fresh bread, lady locks, and cinnamon rolls, as well as the outstanding pies for which they are famous.

Yummy treats include many bakery products as well as meats and cheeses. Buy for home or for snacks on a trip. You can, for example, buy whole pies or individual-size pies. Buy sliced or chunked meats and cheeses or have them cut for sandwiches or finger treats. They also make pizza you can buy by the piece. They have outdoor seating if you want to relax and eat there.
The pie shop is across the highway from Compass Inn Museum, an interesting place to visit where school groups often make field trips.

Wow, accurately describes The Original Pie Shoppe. This was my first visit and any time I am back in the area, I will go back! The Pie Shop was recommended by a friend and I'm grateful. Customer service is excellent. It is more than a bakery. There is fresh made pizza, sandwiches and the best part...bakery. Warning: get there early if you want a nice selection of baked goods to choose from, they go fast. So delicious. We had apple pie, to die for and doughnuts. Doughnuts will make your mouth water!

We were in awe of this place. Small deli. They have pizza whole and by the slice. Hoagie, hot dogs, sloppy joes, soups, macaroni and cheese, salads of all kinds and so much more. Then over at the bakery side, unreal all they had to offer. Check the pictures I posted with some of their order boards. So unreal. I gained weight looking the stuff over
It is located right off Route 30 with a huge parking lot, eating area out front with tables, chairs and umbrellas. Very busy but so worth the short wait to be served. Plenty of staff to handle it all.
We ordered the sloppy joe sandwich. Man oh man was it huge. Made on a homemade hoagie roll. I was so fill after eating it. Wow sure was a lot of eating.
Sorry no pictures of our sandwiches, we devoured them. So delicious and perfect.

If you like your apple pie sweet, this is the place. Light and fluffy crust with lots of apples. I like my pies sweet and these are perfect.
