My husband and I absolutely love this place. We have been there 5 or 6 times this year and we are never ever disappointed. From the outside it doesn't look fantastic, not a whole lot of curb appeal....but that is the beauty of it, because once you get in the food and service will blow you away. The chef is... More

Rating is more a 3.5. Not fantastic or great; however, very good. Prosciutto e Melone was very good even through it was prepared ahead of time and chilled. Cousin Tony's cheese ravioli with meat sauce was also very good. Better than expected. Homemade Tiramisu was great. I'll come back.

This is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. The food was amazing and our server was friendly and attentive. We shared the salad which was a special that day. The chef actually came out to see how we were enjoying the entrees. They were both exceptional. I was amazed at the variety of specials in such a small restaurant. I can't wait... More

We had a special event and John was very accommodating to set up family style dining for 30 people in the small restaurant. We had picked from his menu a $20 option of 2 entrees - ravioli bolognese and chicken Alfredo pasta. The bolognese sauce is very good - but the portions for family style were very small. He brought... More

Living in the area for years and this was our first visit with another couple. With high expectations fed by very positive internet reviews, we were warmly welcomed into a nearly empty restaurant on a Saturday evening. Exposed brick walls were the highlight of the decor, the seating and tables were comfortable. BYOB. A huge (HUGE) list of specials were... More

Ristorante Toscano is off the beaten path from the hustle and bustle of Philadelphia. Located about 45 minutes from the airport, it truly has a distinct charm only found in small towns. You walk in and quickly one feels at home, ready for Sunday family dinner! A friend of mine has been going for decades, and I know why. The... More

Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight with my husband and another couple. It seemed quaint and the piano player was a nice touch. Bread and olive oil were delicious. The special salad was also good. The men ordered linguini with seafood and both enjoyed it. Priced at $18.50 it was fairly priced. My girlfriend and I both ordered... More

If you are a person who longs for a restaurant where the food is made fresh and delicious, where the staff and chef care personally about your dining experience, and where you can bring family and friends for an evening of quiet conversation, then this is the place for you. I don't know when I have had a more delicious... More
