I wasn't really excited about going to a sandwich restaurant for dinner, but we were staying at the Marriott and wanted something within walking distance that was kid friendly. The front desk recommended Isaac's and we decided to give it a try after reading that...More

I've always liked Isaac's, but hadn't really been to the Pickle Bar. My girlfriends and I decided to go to the back bar for Happy Hour and we had a blast. First off, the bartender was adorable and gave us quite a bit of attention....More

A chain, but one with distinction. The sandwiches are good and the atmosphere here is pleasant in this downtown location. Nice staff a d good menu. The prices are a bit higher than you'd expect. Clean, easy access and well done trademark sandwiches.

Had great soup and sandwich lunches as a respite from a storm in the mid afternoon. Numerous good choices all named after birds. Its only 1/4 mile from the Strasburg RR Museum and very easy to find.

Tucked in down town Lancaster, this is a favorite for locals as well as travelers. All of the soups are homemade creations. Each sandwich is named after a different bird and served with a delightful dish of assorted pickles. The pretzel sandwiches are my favorites!

Thanks for the review, Julie! I love the pretzel sandwiches, too...so much that I've been trying to start a hashtag campaign, #MakeMineAMallard! Our great craft beer selections are the perfect match for the sandwiches, too!
