Food and service were exceptional; they made our birthday celebrations special. Menu is somewhat limited, the drink list is probably five times as long. Extensive whiskey selection. The bar gets noisy which does carry over to the restaurant. But it is an enjoyable atmosphere.

Proprietors David Payne and Jeff Thornton (and of course, Chef Mateo) show extraordinary sensitivity to diners’ mood, comfort, and of course, taste. Ceilings and petitions, part of the décor, absorb sound, and soft subtle lighting means no glaring interrogation settings. The wait staff is alert...More

I would say business casual. Dockers & collared shirt for man. Casual dress or capris/slacks for woman. You don’t need to dress up but I certainly don’t think I would wear shorts.
