Our waitress was friendly, unobtrusive, and helpful. We enjoyed the fresh, delicious cuisine, try the salad with breaded, fried goat cheese.

We love Jim Thorpe and this was our first visit to Moya after many have recommended it. The food was very good, however I am not sure it was worth all of the hype. I am certain there are times of year when reservations are necessary, but clearly not on the night we visited. Despite the open tables we were... More

Two couples for dinner. Drinks were good, salads were also. One problem were bones in the trout, but that happens. Pork tenderloin was excellent. We have eaten here at least 5 times - every time we come to JT. Best restaurant in town. The atmosphere is eclectic but cozy. One time it was raining and they lent us an umbrella... More

We went to Moya as an anniversary dinner during a weekend away in Jim Thorpe. We were looking to upscale dining that was not overly fussy, and we definitely found that at Moya. Although the prices may seem a bit high, the portions are generous and the food is superb. The pork shank was extremely tender, and the crab cakes... More

We celebrated our 40th anniversary at Moya! It was a good choice -- interesting food, very well prepared. Good service. Attractive setting.

Local shop owner recommended this restaurant to our wives for second night dinning. The recommendation was spot on! Dinners were enjoyed by all. The AC could have been turned a bit lower and probably should have asked staff to do so.

Great service and a wonderful collection of cocktails. We recommend the "Rye are You" selection. The lamb shank was superb.

We recently brought three generations of our family here for a birthday celebration. The staff was very attentive and everyone loved their meal (and we have picky eaters in the clan). The restaurant is rather small, so I would highly recommend reservations. Also, the A/C is set to cold, so bring a sweater in the summer. Other than that...the food... More

Our B & B hosts Michael & Jeffrey recommended for an excellent dinner. Jeffrey said few places can cook octopus correctly like Moya does in the octopus salad. He was right. We also had the prosciutto salad which was excellent. I had the short ribs which was also recommended and was delicious. Very friendly service. Nice atmosphere.
