Very good international cuisine, freindy service, our B&B hosts sent as there and was the right place in town for a great dinner

Avocado salad and baked salmon, accompanied by a lovely local Gewurtztraminer - doesn't get any better!

Our B and B innkeeper Shiela recommended this restaurant for a romantic anniversary dinner. The food was fresh and innovatively prepared. The service was great and the owners were attentive to our needs.

Moya was recommended to us by the owners of the B & B that we were staying at. It has a nice, bright decor and we had a cute table in the front window. I had a decent glass of wine and my husband ordered a specialty drink which was missing a main ingredient and needed to be remade. I... More

We've been frequenting restaurants in the Jim Thorpe area for around 10 years and somehow missed this treat till now - our loss. Service was very good, atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Food was very good. I had the Pork Shank with the Chipolte sauce, the Pork was good bud the sauce was excellent - came on strong at first... More

We were told this was the best place in town and in some ways it was. Elegant room, great service and a great menu. Sadly the food did not live up to the description. Everything looked great but somehow didn't taste as good as it looked. Maybe it was just an off day. I will return and try it another... More

Ate here on 8/12. My husband and I split the caprese salad, delicious. We both had the cavatelli with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, delicious! I would definitely eat there again.

Our meal was excellent! The staff is trained and pleasant. The decor is fresh. We were in Jim Thorpe two nights and ate here the second night. We weren't expecting one - let alone two- excellent restaurants. We would definitely return to Moya.

That was a great cocktail! I thoroughly enjoyed a chipotle sauced pork shank with a Pennsylvania Gewurztraminer. Aaron is a gem of a server, by the way.

Moya is a small restaurant with a reasonably sized menu of appetizers and entrees. It is among the top restaurants in Jim Thorpe and we found the meal to be better than at some other more highly rated venues. Because it is small, it can be a bit noisy but bright, art filled interiors makes for attractive dining venue.
