Wide range of delicious pies, I had a drunken beef steak pie floater which was great. My daughter had a plain mince beef pie which she thought was delicious. Friendly customer service.

If you are ever in Nelson Bay, one must visit Red Neds pies. With over 50 varieties of pies to choose from, you cannot get board of this place. If you are a true pie fan like myself, you must tick this shop to your bucket list. Prices are reseasonable, however the quality is outstanding.

We have been buying pies from this shop for the last 12 years and the quality never changes, only improves, and with more than 50 different varieties you are spoilt for choice. Not a fan of beef meat pies, we ventured here to check out the huge pie menu, every conceivable flavour from plain meat to thai , to chilli crab pies. This store has won a huge amount of first prizes at the SYDNEY EASTER SHOW. The show is decorated with ribbons and photos and all the stuff you would expect... More

They have about 50 different pies, each one a master piece in its own. The flavour and pastry are fabulous. There was only one problem, I did not have time to sample all the pies. They are fantastic, you must try

Great pies but I'm not so sure about them being "gourmet". The flavours seemed like there was a bit too much of chicken or beef stock. The pastry were also a bit dry and in fact they were much better a day later and after going through the microwave instead of eating them right there in the shop.
