Quite honestly the nicest food I've ever tasted. Absolutely beautiful venue inside and out. The staff matched the quality of the food and were most helpful. The food is like a fireworks going off in your mouth which certainly justifies the prices. Most definitely coming back. My wife was over the moon with her birthday treat.

We recently stayed at the hotel. we also had dinner there with friends. James Nathan's food was extraordinary. It was tasty, pretty and interesting and staggering good value. The rooms are OK. The star attractions are the location, the views, but particularly the food and the service

This is a great restaurant which is part of the hotel. There is a set lunch menu, £20 for two courses and £25 for three. Beautifully prepared food, our main hake course on puy lentils was delicious as were our starter and dessert. As a wonderful bonus we were able to sit outside on the terrace enjoying the panoramic view.... More

This hotel is a small gem nestled amongst some wonderful houses in Rock in Cornwall. The estuary views are lovely and the rooms very comfortable. Breakfasts were good but dinner exceptional ! Service was also very good indeed. We were introduced to Camel Valley Sparkling wine and have been very quickly converted...... The young man behind the bar was very... More

Having now eaten at St Enodoc three times for lunch and twice for dinner, it is clear that the new chef and former Masterchef winner, James Nathan, has made a great impact since he took over early this summer. At lunch it is often possible to sit outside on the terrace from with stunning views across the Camel estuary whilst... More

What a find. An exceptional meal presented by an exceptional team. The hotel is beautifully presented. Not fussy but homely smart. Staff are really friendly. We were only in there for dinner. We were wonderfully surprised that head chef James Nathan was in the kitchen himself. But I'm sure his assistants would have done just as well. Great menu of... More

Visited on a Thursday evening and had a table by the window so had a lovely view over the estuary. We started with drinks in the lounge, the raspberry Bellini was delicious as was the Sharps Honey IPA. The staff here are professionals and it's very clear they take pride in doing a good job. A credit to the hotel.... More

Once again a great visit but the restaurant was chilly!! Don't sit next to the window as in Oct it's just too chilly and slightly spoilt what was another delicious meal. The barmans knowledge of the wine list was exceptional. Service great and definitely a return visit but a different table.

We have been wanting to try James Nathan's food for a few years now and a recent holiday in Padstow gave us the opportunity to try it out. The restaurant itself has a fully glazed front looking out over a terrace and the Camel estuary, so a lunchtime visit is ideal to take in the view. Service was impressively helpful,... More

My wife and I returned again to this gem of a restaurant. We try to return every 3to4 months and always at lunch time. The menu and service was outstanding as always, if you haven't been here yet you are missing out
