Delightful local pub and restaurant. You can eat in the pub or book a table in the little dining room upstairs. The mussels are superb as is the fish and chips, as well as its locally sourced steak. We loved the brandy basket fruit and cream desert. The staff are so friendly and helpful, making it an excellent choice for... More

Spent quite a few evenings here during our week holiday. Really friendly pub with a good choice of ale and cider available. We also discovered rum and shrub! Ate here once which was very nice, I recommend the fish.

Went back every evening to enjoy the amazing food on offer and to join in with the funny and friendly locals when we stayed in mevagissey in July. I had a broken wrist and it was quite an ice breaker for conversation, I highly recommend the fish pie and crab sandwiches. We will definitely return again. Wish it was our... More

A real traditional bolthole in the heart of Mevagissey. Features its very own cat. Proper Cornish beer and cider on offer. Great fish and chips too.

Great place. Fantastic menu. Crab salad is magnificent. Helpful and friendly staff. If you go on a Monday evening, the Megavissey male voice choir come in for the last hour to entertain. They are brilliant. Get a seat early downstairs. Reasonably priced

We visited on a Saturday night and couldn't get into the restaurant as it was fully booked,so we ate in the bar area. Had two steak meals and it was delicious followed by a couple of pints of real ale What's not to like.
