Personal service better in McDonalds. Ham sandwich costs £7 and just one layer of wafer-thin ham topped up with coleslaw. Fish and chips so mediocre and mushy. Suspect only busy with one occasion visitors like ourselves.

The meal here was nothing more than average, not reflected in the prices. Service was ok but the table and menus were sticky. Wouldn't rush back

Very tasty meals in general although I was not keen on the scallops served with my dinner. Also the service was VERY slow.

I was a solo traveller and found this location was suitable for someone eating alone, I had a trio of fish and this was really good and had a good variety of vegetables. The staff were friendly and helpful and the ale was good too.

The pub/restaurant serves excellent food at reasonable prices. Some interesting beers on offer to wash down the food. Some outdoor seating ideal for sunny days and some of the seats inside are recycled pews adding another quirky touch to the experience.

Came to Mevagissey on a day-out from Looe. We have been here before and had breakfast but had an early evening dinner this time. Lovely spot on the harbour front and place has always been popular whenever we have passed by or visited. It has a homely seaside feel, a bit scruffy but it's not a chain! Pub food with... More

The owner or manager lady insists on taking all the orders! Leads to a slow service. We waited 40 minutes just to order. The food is basic pub food. It didn't have much of a homemade feel. The service staff were friendly enough. It feels like most of the food places in town don't really need to be that good... More

We didn't eat but had coffee and a beer. A nice spot to sit and relax and enjoy the views over the harbour. Nice facilities inside too.

Very short staffed and they didn't warn you there would be a wait. I ordered fish pasta. It was awful. Cheep pasta penne and not drained properly. Tasteless white sauce with chives and a few lumps of fish. I was told it was cheese sauce. Very very bland and £11. If I wanted garlic bread it was nearly £3 more.... More
