We visited the agriturismo for lunch on a Saturday. The cured antipasti are all prepared in house, as well as three types of bread. Andre prepared a special sampling platter for our first course, followed by an assortment of meats for the second course. We...enjoyed Terrano, Terrano liquor, and grape juice all made on the property. An authentic and homely environment with delicious, abundantly served food. Well worth the visit.More

Excellent food, ambience and service. The pumpkin gnocchi I ordered were light and fluffy with a sublime mushroom sauce, the mixed grill succulent and tender and the homemade yogurt with berries was to die for. Will definitely go back even without the Groupon vouchers

I had an amazing lunch here and then went on a tour of their winery just out of town. It is a fascinating place where fossils were found in the basement walls. The wine is excellent and organic. The food is a mix of Slovenian...and Italian styles. The owner, Andre, is a nice and helpful fellow. Everyone should visit here when you are in Northeastern Italy.More

We visited this agritourism restaurant on the recommendation of the friend who is a local. It was a bit hard to find (we passed by it 2 items until on the 3rd time we spotted the sign leading to this tiny street with not enough...parking space). The parking is a problem, as you have to find the space in the main street. The terrace was nice, so I imagine it is quite comfortable in the summer. Indoor seating area lacks atmosphere. Food is average, really. Nice thing was the pumpkin bread - other types of bread are also quite good, as they are home-made. As antipasto, we opted for the large plate of mixed salami, and pickled veggies, accompanied with a glass of Terrano (red wine) - and that was excellent. Then we had pasta: pumpkin gnocchi with butter and sage (gnocchi di zucca con burro e salvia), bread gnocchi with mushrooms, and lasagne. The first one was interesting, and decisively the best of all three. Other ones were just... average, plain, really. Then, main dish: mixed plate of grilled meat, with patate in tecia and sauerkraut - less than average. Dessert: we chose tiramisu and yogurt cream cup. Not bad, both of them. They have their own vine, and although we tried the their Chardonnay, it was somehow too sour and it didn't accompany the pasta dishes very well - while the red wine Terrano was of very good quality. The service was slow (the restaurant was full, and I noticed that mainly jota and patate in tecia were ordered, rarely something else), but friendly. The price was average for this area (3 of us and 60 € total), but I don't think I will be visiting them again. The local, rustic, countryside taste of the food and atmosphere was just... missing.More
