I have stayed in Wembley four times recently for work and visited this bar three times.
The beer is of a good standard and well kept and i would definitely recommend the London Pride.
I have eaten here three times and each time the food has been excellent, reasonably priced and with generous portions (even for a northerner)
The lady who has delivered my food each time i have eaten here has a great smile and very good attention to detail (sorry i don't know your name)
The staff are all friendly and attentive and the rear beer garden is a great space to chill out.
I would definitely recommend and will be revisiting on my next trip to the area.

Fancied a roast as we were close by, and taking our daughter back to uni. Last time we came we ordered at the bar and ate in the bar, but the upstairs dining was open. I thought this would be better but actually the waiting staff were poor, had to ask for drinks then to order food. The meat on the roast was good, but the vegetables were all under done, my potatoes were so under done that I cut into it and it flew into the floor, my daughters burger was nice, but overall this was poor compared to last time and then after such poor service they charge a 12.5 service charge!

Visited on 03/07 for a drink before the AC/DC concert & it was heaving (to be expected). Good music & queue went down fairly quickly, waited about 10 minutes to be served.
Didn’t expect to pay £32 for 1 double vodka & red bull & 1 double JD & coke though in a Weatherspoons!! Standing room only outside , had 1 drink & moved on to buy drinks from the local Sainsburys instead.

After choosing a steak meal it was brought with a peppercorn sauce which I never ordered but was given as there was no bearnaise .
This I was told after I raised the question.
So I was basically given what I didn't want and had to eat an unseasoned steak no salt no pepper in the cooking .
Frozen store bought chips Ketchup and Mayo.
Definitely a waste of my money.
If you can't get an emulsified butter sauce made sorry you shouldn't have it on your menu then give me a sauce I never wanted .
Basic culinary skills make any meal memorable.
This will stick out for all the wrong reasons.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience with the steak meal. It’s disappointing that we didn’t meet your expectations, especially regarding the sauce and the quality of the sides.
We strive to provide delicious and memorable meals, and it sounds like we fell short in this case. I understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a sauce you didn’t order, and I apologise for any confusion that occurred.
Your comments about the steak and sides are important to us, and we will take them into consideration as we continue to refine our menu and service. We are a humble venue, doing things with our heart and passion to accommodate to our guest requests, so in the future, if this happens to you at any restaurant again, give the staff the opportunity to assist and resolve the situation. I can guarantee we all would have been happy to do so.
We appreciate your feedback, and I hope you’ll give us another chance in the future to provide you with a better experience.

Me, my partner and another couple attended this restaurant before the Westlife concert due to the extortionate prices inside the stadium.
The restaurant has two parts, the bar downstairs with a sort of English pub feel to it which has various seating areas and then the restaurant upstairs which you may need to book in advance or you can request at the time. We managed to get a table for four upstairs about three hours before the start of the showtime, however when it got nearer the bar downstairs became very busy. One thing to note is that you cannot walk around the whole Wembley complex with alcohol so you are strictly kept inside the bar and no drinks can be taken outside and drinks are in plastic cups.
The restaurant itself was nice, has a set menu for event days and you can get smaller portions such as chicken wings and nibbles like that if your not too hungry. The food came quite efficiently and there wasn’t really a rush to give up the table. It can be quite expensive, but then I guess that’s where the venue is located and that people will go here before a show or game. The staff were friendly, helpful and always there to assist you.
Really recommend this place for a pre event meal or even just for a drink.

We had booked a table prior to the Taylor Swift concert, arrived a bit early and discovered my daughter had booked a table for two rather than four! They were very helpful and allowed us to change our booking. The food was excellent, very tasty if not a little pricy but you kind of expect that at a concert venue. Disappointed that drinks were served in plastic cups as we were inside but other than that it was a great experience! Very good food and great staff considering how busy they were.

Welcome to a relatively new Fullers wonderful contemporary pub - the cuisine is excellent, location and atmosphere ideal and of course the best beer in the universe is available - London pride (although not on cask)
Inside or out, the experience is a pleasure. Friendly staff and ideal ale
If you are anywhere near, then a visit is a privilege
Enjoy

This comfortable, relatively new pub already sold probably the most expensive beer in Wembley (£6.25 a pint!), but its redeeming feature was the quality of the food (which was up to restaurant standards). A couple of months ago we had two terrific burgers there. Last night, our two burgers were barely above Wetherspoons standard (and three times as expensive!): a small, frozen-looking patty with no onions and a single lettuce leaf (we had forgone the slice of tomato) and some sad “triple-cooked” fries (not the “chips” advertised) that looked like they had barely been cooked once! At least our guest from America, who wisely went for the fish and chips, declared his to be “delicious”.

Dear Mandy,
Thank you for your review, feedback is always important and even if its not great, its useful. I will talk with chef to see if any changes have occurred to our recipe. I hope that you may venture back again and that we will have our burger back to the way you enjoyed it last time. We do not use frozen burgers or fish but on occasions can revert to frozen chips if the potatoes we are supplied are not good enough for chipping, I will however investigate & make any necessary changes. Thank you again, Helen

Been here a few times before match days at Wembley, always been average, food ok and staff are friendly it’s over priced for what you get but that’s London.
Yesterday went for pre match meal, had 2 chicken burgers as menu is limited on match days. Absolutely foul, £17 per burger got no salad, slaw or onion rings with it day light robbery. And the chicken was absolutely foul under the southern fried layer, no idea who puts a chicken bones on a burger. Worst burger I’ve ever had. Staff always lovely I must say, they refunded both. And apologised, can’t fault them at all front of house, really nice ladies.

Dear Chloe, thank you for your review. I am really sorry that you didn't enjoy your visit & clearly were very disappointed with your burger. We use chicken thigh which is a tastier meat in a burger and should not have bone but obviously the butchers accidently left a piece in this instance. Our burger recipes are created & costed by our head office & do not include added salad or onion rings, we have suggested that but as of yet it remains as it is. They are freshly made on site & include great ingredients however, when we are at full capacity the kitchen can get under pressure as you can imagine so perhaps that was the case in this instance. After all , everyone wants to eat at the same time which is a challenge with a fresh food menu, even one that's reduced to aid service speeds. We are often complemented on them but obviously we didn't get them right for you in this occasion. I am glad the staff were able to accommodate you with a refund at the time & hope that if you come & visit again you will have a better experience. With best wishes, Helen. GM

With travel difficult and a concert at Wembley in the evening, we decided to meet up some time beforehand, and the White Horse is fantastically convenient for that - just round the corner from the entrance to the stadium, but far enough away that, while it does get busy, it isn't right in the middle of the crowds.
It's a Fuller's pub, which means you know what beers will be available and, though they had to serve in plastic because it was an event, they were all good.
We also had a meal, from a menu that seemed abridged downstairs, though we were offered the full selection when taken to our table. Everyone chose from the abridged, so I can't say if the other options were open or not.
The burgers were large - just into the 'too big to comfortably eat with one's hands' and I'm told the scampi was very good as well - portion sizing (unless you want it small) was not a problem either.
Service was swift and friendly and, while it is frustrating to only be able to book a table for two hours, we were reminded (quite cordially) with sufficient time before that time expired. We had, because of the swift service I mentioned, finished by that stage anyway.
All in all, it did exactly what we wanted it to do. I'm not sure it's located somewhere that I would revisit aside from a stadium event, but I wouldn't hesitate to return should I be at Wembley in future.

We had great food & great service despite the restaurant being very busy, our waiter Kadar also printed off event tickets for us when we discovered that we’d printed 1 ticket off twice & didn’t have our 3 tickets. Genuinely great service & the fact he took that bit of time to do this when they were so busy was really appreciated. He also made recommendations for dessert that was right on the money. Lovely food, nice restaurant, efficiently run, with pleasant smiling staff, everybody new came into contact with from our waiter, the bar staff, and the manager were all smiling, welcoming, efficient and polite. There was a slight issue with water pressure in loos but the staff had efficiently printed notices explaining the issue , couldn’t fault it. We will return for Coldplay if we can get booked in, they are clearly popular!

We were glad to see this new venue open in a area that really needs a pub /dining offer and fortunate to visit on the opening weekend, popping in late Saturday afternoon, we received a friendly welcome and sat upstairs. We were able to access this via a lift for disabled guests.
Being new, the venue is very tastefully decorated and laid out, bars upstairs and down and a outside partially covered seating.
The food was excellent and service at the table for drinks and food very good.
Only downside, drinks are a bit pricey and a 10% service charge was automatically added to our bill, there appeared to no notification of this ahead of ordering, unless it was in the fine print on the paper menu. service should be at the discretion to the patron, I would prefer to tip the staff based on the service and quality of food received, we were 3 diners by the way.....

Hi James101bos,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a kind review.
We are glad you enjoyed your visit. We have since reviewed our service policy and will only add an optional service charge to tables with full meals, we are in the process of having a notice automatically added to all printed bills to inform customers of this.
We look forward to welcoming you back some time soon.
Warm regards

Hello Alyson, really sorry that this was your experience on your recent visit. Its a huge challenge for the staff to deal with the influx of customers we get when the stadium or arena events are on. We often manage it really well but it looks as though we didn't get it right for your table on this occasion. I am glad to hear that you were given a refund of course but sorry that you left hungry. I hope that the event you went to was fabulous despite this and you might consider visiting us again on a quieter day where we can show you our best hospitality.

Stopped here for lunch having tried a few other venues in the area we thought we'd give it a go. The place is huge so plenty of spots to sit & the staff were friendly & attentive. There was a special on a bottle of Prosecco so why not? We ordered the calamari, fish pie & Sri Lankan curry, really nice food & decent portion sizes.
My issue comes from the price of their soft drinks which are expensive, seems punitively so, if you don't drink or are the designated driver you'd better save up to go here! We did mention this to the staff & they said they had complaints about the prices & head office have been made aware of this. We returned the water, small bottle for ÂŁ4.10, yes that's right, yet the large is ÂŁ4.95.

Thank you for your review - delighted you enjoyed your visit, the food, our staff & the fab Prosecco offer. Also delighted that we have managed to get a change to a sensible price on our 330ml bottles of water as a direct result of sharing your review with those who make the decisions... if you pop in again, perhaps mention that the team could all do with a trip to Paris as a treat for all their hard work ..lets see if we can get that to happen too ;)

We had been to see Joe Lycett at Wembley arena and rather than head to Box Park which we knew would be very busy we tried this pub instead.
I’m really confused as to why the upstairs was closed, not just the bar but seating too considering it was rather busy. You weren’t allowed into the garden as that was closed too so many people we watched walk in and walk out or those smoking told they couldn’t even stand outside. We were served in plastic cups so being allowed to smoke outside shouldn’t have been an issue.
Bar staff massively overwhelmed, the queue did quickly disappear and think this was due to many people not being able to sit anywhere or even stand outside.
The bell for what we thought was last orders rang at about 10.30pm and before we know it the bar staff were clearing down the bar.
The pub looked really nice which is why we chose it over Box Park, however the strict policies, the closing off every part of it was an instant turn off. We stayed for one and practically got told to leave by the security man.
You’d think being in a prime location opposite a venue which had just had an event on they would have been more customer service friendly and opened up more areas for people to be able to enjoy a drink.
Bar staff looked miserable, big burly woman who I presumed bar manager / owner outside having a fag told the security to “get them all out as quickly as possible” I thought I was lovely touch!! You must really love your job.
Disappointed. We did end up in Box Park after till 1am and had a much better time.

Hello. Thank you for your review, I have shared it with the team to attempt to get a better understanding of why we were asking people to leave half an hour earlier than usual. We do have a lot of restrictions placed on us through our license and that fact we have residents directly above us. The garden & terrace shutting at 10pm & no outside drinking are rules imposed upon us. The team were severely short for both the Joe Lycett gigs hence our not opening the upstairs areas & the team looking tired...they were. We are working towards opening later on the arena days however they can be very hit and miss so its quite hard to call it with staffing & security. The issue with not having a smoking solution after 10pm is also something we cannot change & so opening later would exacerbate that issue for those who want to smoke of course. I do hear your frustrations though & I will bring this up with the team. Thank you, Helen
