Just had an amazing meal at Atithi. Being an Indian myself I am a very fussy eater so I was very impressed by the food here perfect blend of spices feel like home made food. Attentive service staff only add to the dining experience.

Ate here last night with an Indian friend, who ordered the meal. I thought the food was very good, tasty, distinct tastes. We had 2 starters, a paneer in a sauce and some dahl, plus 2 mains, a chicken and a lamb with spinach, plus a side and 2 different breads. My friend felt for an Indian restaurant the portion sizes... More

So confused why this place had good reviews, which we booked based upon. Food is what you get from your average curryhouse but overpriced. Service was the worst thing of all, didn't even get shown to our table, just told that it was downstairs. The waiter got our order wrong, which is fine, but then started arguing with me and... More

Our takeaway order arrived incomplete. The missing item was delivered but the rest of the food was then cold. An apology was given but no complimentary item was supplied. The food was OK but seemed to have a very high sauce to meat ratio. Won't be ordering from here again.

We staggered to this Indian after the delights of watching England beat SA and not only was the restaurant quite close to the train station so that we could dart out 5 mins before our train arrived, but it was also excellent food. Good value for money

We booked for, and arrived at, 12.15 to eat before a 2.30 England game at the stadium. We were served our starter at 1.30 and our main course at 1.55. Couldn't have more than a couple of bites of the latter or we'd have missed the start of the game. It was a set menu. They need to have the... More

My girlfriend and I stumbled across this place coincidentally when looking for a place to eat in Twickenham and wow, what a find! The atmosphere was warm and intimate upon arrival and we were shown to our table immediately. The waiters were very polite and charming. We both ordered a starter each which was phenomenal so decided to get three... More

I have been to this restaurant a few times now and each experience has been consistently good. I find Indian restaurants can be a bit hit and miss, especially if you go to the same more than once and explore their menu a bit. But Atithi has not disappointed. A great taste of India for a reasonable price.

Good to see a real variety in the menu without all the usual suspects. Food is invariably well cooked and well presented. Attentive friendly staff ensure you have a great all round experience.

We moved to twickenham about a year ago and this is our go to Indian take-away place. We order at least twice a month from Atithi and have never been disappointed. We are slowly working our way through the menu too and trying to try different things each time.
