Have visited here a couple of times now after rugby at twickenham and have always found the food quite exceptional. Service is always good too and plenty of choice with lagers and beer.

Popped into the Pope's for the tasting event, which had been announced by email. The barman knew nothing about it and assumed it had been cancelled. What a disappointment. What poor PR.

I love the Alexandre Pope. This is one of the best Pubs in Twickenham. Situated on the River. The food is lovely and the staff are pretty friendly. Beautiful setting. Never stayed in the hotel but I've heard nothing but good feedback.
