Fish and chips were good. My problem was you are asked to pay on ordering and cash only. When I queried the bill I asked for a receipt to check and was told they are not available. The waitress went and came back with a written list of what we ordered and total which turned out to be wrong. Cash... More

Whenever we come to Sewerby we always make a special journey along the cliff path to Audrey's for our fish and chips. We have always felt that they are the best in the whole of Brid. However, after our experience yesterday my opinion has changed. We didn't eat in the cafe as normal but because it was a lovely afternoon... More

My wife and I are local, we have visited Audreys a few times and usually the food is good. However, yesterday 20th August 2016 we were served large fish that had, in our opinion been fried, left to get cold and then rebattered and refried. It is the only explanation we could think of. The batter was exceptionally thick, dark... More

Sat upstairs in the cafe. Couldn't fault it, lovely fresh fish, tasty chips. Came with a slice of buttered bread each. Had a regular size, just the right amount for me, lovely stuff 😀

Don't believe any negativity about the quality of the fish and chips served at Audrey's. The standard of food is incredible. We visited on a very busy Saturday lunchtime, our haddock was freshly fried, yes that means some waiting but both taste and quality cannot be beaten. Batter in sensational and the chips are perfect chip shop standard chips. Highly... More

On our quest to find the perfect chippy, we visited Audrey's for tea after walking into Bridlington from Barmston Beach caravan park. A clean and welcoming environment with table service, decent menu and pleasant staff. My partner's large haddock and chips was very good (wee bit of skin left on the fish, but that doesn't bother him) and I had... More

Having had large fish and chips, twice, it was indeed "giant", hanging out of the large container. The fish was so fresh and the chips were nice, all perfectly cooked. Eat at the harbour if the weather is nice, or there is also a restaurant to eat in !
