Best Cafe on the East Coast

We had an exclusive Christmas dinner for 8 and we were all blown away by the quality and quantity of the food. I have never tasted better brocolli and Stilton soup. Everyone stated their starters were very tasty. The main course was lovely and the attention to detail was impressive. The deserts... read more

Simply the best cakes, and great for gluten free customers. Coffee was nice and service was good by a young man in a pink t-shirt with yellow writing? The food is the real stand though and I was even tempted into a piece of delicious cake. Seriously good food. Well worth a visit!!!! One of very few upmarket cafe's in... More

what luck to stumble on this cafe on a grey day in Brid. So many of the cafes in Brid seem to be greasy spoon type =they need to take a look at Hornsea's Market Place=loads of lovely cafes there. Had a simple snack but the eggs were gorgeous-and brown bread available too. We'll definitely be back-just as soon as... More

A little gem amongst all the usual sea side cafes. The decor is retro, colourful and welcoming. We had delicious cinnamon toast and great HOT coffee. The staff are professional and friendly. We will definitely return. Jill from York

Went into the cafe towards the end of the day when they were about to close. Made to feel welcome and we didn't feel rushed to finish our tea and cakes. The salted caramel cup cake was delicious.

Went for a coffee and lunch with my mother who is a celiac.. Brilliant choice for gluten free sandwiches and lunches usually off the menu when eating out. Great place

Sadly we only had time for a coffee, which was perfect and served in Nina Campbell china cups, very stylish. Clearly there has been a great deal of thought put into the decor and the menu suits all tastes. I have a holiday let in Brid and I will recommend this cafe to my guests, the staff and owner were... We had never been before so thought we'd give it a try and we were not disappointed. The interesting 'cat' theme and friendly staff made it a must for a revisit. Beautifully decorated tables and quaint outdoor seating makes it a real treat! The food was excellent and only very slight downside was that we were a bit short of... More
