Good meal

Visited twice in the last few weeks. Both occasions food has been great. Dined on a Saturday evening and midweek. Both times the restaurant was busy which is good to see. Well worth a visit

We've dined here a few times. A wonderful friendly atmosphere. Food is always full of flavour and we have never had anything to complain about. The only downside is it's a small restaurant so we can't always get a table.

You would be forgiven for missing this place as it is just a door wth stairs, but once instead it's a welcoming and busy friendly place. The food is traditional Greek and Cypriot and is spot on, and is made with love The staff are great and friendly. Prices are very good and they even have an early bird (pre... More

Went last Saturday, regular visitors but this time was outstanding. Baked feta, gigantes, halloumi kebabs, mixed grill and two mythos, the food of gods, staff fab, they know how to run a restaurant, just go!

A tiny door gives way to steep stairs into this traditional Greek taverna. We had the early bird menu. The 3 of us shared tzasiki, salsa and humus with pita, followed by mixed kebabs and falafel. Well cooked and plenty of it.....and home made chips, absolutely delicious. Will be definitely visiting again.

Came here for our work Xmas meal to have something different instead of turkey. Had a starter and main each as there was 11 of us. Have to say staff were polite and friendly and the orders came with no mistakes. Meals were good value however beer a little expensive. Would go back again

We were just looking for a place to eat in Stockport centre and stumbled across the doorway to Rozafa after walking past it twice. Its a bit ramshackle but compact and cozy upstairs. The food however was very reminiscent of greek tavernas. Great tasty homecooked lamb dishes steeped in garlic and herbs. Meat just fell off bone. Enjoyed the deadpan... More

Small first floor taberna we frequent. The boss man can pass for one of the Marx Brothers but is quite friendly once you get to know him. The food though is the strong point of this place - excellent Greek cooking. The Mezes dishes for X persons are very good value. Service can be slow when busy but that is... More
