I remember this pub and was always busy , don't know what has gone on but should be busy again ! Not bad but lacks atmosphere and people ! Just needs the right person to take the reigns !

Busy family pub with welcoming and kind staff, however the Sunday carvery is nothing special. Garlic free Garlic bread starter but the carvery was well below standard. I've served my country for over 20 yrs and have had far better food in a chow hall in Kuwait. Fair prices but for what you get its not worth it.

Sent here 18th August 2016 and had an enjoyable time. Shame that when we got to the carvery full choice of meats was unavailable as early as 7.45pm

Met my uni pal for a drink after 20yrs. Humongous place and nice outside seating. Inside was spacious and staff were friendly. Cannot really say much more as did not experience it all. Nice meeting place. Plenty of space to scater yourselves

Went here on a Wednesday lunchtime with my husband and grandson. We decided that we would all have a carvery. The meats were turkey, gammon and lamb which were all tasty but the selection of vegetables was not as varied as you would have expected. There was only mash and roast potatoes and no plain boiled ones or sliced potatoes... More

OMG, this is probably the worst Sunday meal, no just any meal out I've had for a very very long time. The meats were dry, the Yorkshire's looked like supermarket value product. The cauliflower cheese was cheese less. Carrots, parsnips were dried out. Potatoes were old potatoes and the gravy was tasteless, peas were OK to be fair. Having said... More

Poor....has so much potential. Football pub full of drunks and bad language !! Carvery okay....should not have to sit and hear staff shouting , swearing and being totally unprofessional with each other. Needs to change !!

Nice big place with a carvery or basic traditional menu on offer. For the size of the place it did make me chuckle when the staff mentioned they've run out of glasses as they only have one glass washing machine. Anyway, food was OK, my scampi was massively over cooked, but it was a 'busier than expected day' as mentioned... More

The old water mill on the river Arrow has been converted into a modern pub and restaurant serving quality food in a relaxed and friendly environment. We are proud to serve a Great British Carvery with a daily selection of Red Tractor assured meats and fresh, seasonal vegetables.

Join us in our delightful informal restaurant for a delicious daily carvery or choose from our superb menu. Alternatively just pop into our riverside bar and terrace to enjoy a local ale with friend
