Ok, so this place has a wonderful play area & gorgeous setting. One of the best for miles around. Especially if you have kids. However the food is totally average & really high end gastro pub prices. People will pay the prices for the setting but I think it's a little unfairly priced, £8 for a standard tasting sandwich, sorry... More

Lovely cosy pub with great food. We have been here twice recently and both times have really enjoyed the food. Really friendly staff too! Recommend the stroganoff and the fish and chips. Proper home cooked food! Always busy, I'd recommend booking!

A very nice pub located outside Belbroughton on the Drayton Road towards Chaddesley Corbett. Deceptively small once inside, with two areas for meals, but cosy and a nice atmosphere. The bar staff were at once friendly and chatty with us, no problem with a tab for drinks and food. The menu was varied and catered for all tastes, but quite... More

We parked there in order to do a walk - asked permission first! Returned to enjoy a lovely, well priced bar meal for lunch. Both of us had ciabatta, mine with char grilled chicken my pals with ham and mustard. Good priced mains menu too. Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely pint of Enville Ginger and HPA. Large children's play area... More

This place is between Belbroughton and Chaddesley Corbett and could be quite pleasant although it has a large outdoor area which is not too becoming to the general ambience of a country pub, however it must cater for a certain section as it seems to be quite successful. Booking into the "restaurant" on a Saturday night we arrived a little... More

Bit 'out in the sticks' place, little village 'off the beaten track', a mile or so outside Belbroughton, but that said a large pub with massive Beer Garden, large car park. The pub itself also good size with very traditional, warm, welcoming and comfortable ambience. The food is excellent, good range of pub-type COD, pie, scampi etc., with more 'exclusive'... More

Wonderful!!! I celebrated my 50th birthday party here with a hog roast. Trina was extremely helpful both before and during the party and both her and her husband worked very hard to ensure that a good time was had by all. An area was sectioned off for all of our guests, we had over a 100 and there were enough... More

The pub was in beautiful surroundings, with a huge area for kids to play. However food and service was not as good. Some of the staff were downright surly! Chicken was undercooked and still red. Will never visit again.
