Set in beautiful grounds this lovely buildings offers a place for 'special occasions'.....we were made welcome and seated at our table. It was a quiet midday lunch and the restaurant was not busy. The very friendly waiter had noted our dietary requirements when booked over...More

Lovely setting on an autumn afternoon but an overpriced experience for coffee. Costs are greater than at 5 star spa hotels in central Bath. Biscuits are served alongside but it would appear are not complimentary. There was no indication of this at the time of...More

Very disappointing to read your review. Having direct messaged you to find out more details it was also disappointing to receive no reply. Just to correct a couple of inaccuracies - our pastry chef's delicious homemade biscuits are served complementary with tea and coffee and...More

We went here for dinner after seeing pictures on the website. Sadly we were disappointed. The house and grounds are lovely and there is so much potential here for a really great hotel, so lacking in that part of Wiltshire. Rather odd and disparate rooms...More

Very sorry to hear that your visit wasn't to your expectations and that we perhaps not at our best on the night. We'll certainly review your comments regarding your coats and our bread served and learn from them. Thank you for your feedback.

Sunday Lunch, absolutely first class, could not fault it. Super starters, good choice of mains, after looking at the next table I wish that I had chosen the beef, but the chicken breast was excellent and my wife thought that the Cod was very good....More

The food was so flavoursome and well presented. You do pay for the quality but as a special occassion it was worth it.

We dined at the restaurant when we stayed at the Beechfield House Hotel, and it was a great choice. The steak was tender, the dessert creative and the service great. Good choice!

Afternoon tea was good, and service was very obliging without suffocating. A little over priced but they have a corner on the market. The house is lovely and the gardens are beautiful. I would like to go back and stay.

Ate there as a group of 4 during our stay at the Beechfield Hotel. Food was ok, nothing spectacular or very memorable. I was pregnant and had a bit of difficulty learning whether some of the ingredients were pasteurised or not; one example is that...More

Sorry to hear that your recent visit wasn't completely to your liking. We do often look after pregnant guests and it is very unusual to have an issue and it's certainly a first to find our butter a problem.
