My lobster was really good and fresh. My order has three lobster tales. Lots of seafood. Pricy for the locals an lots i tourists. The restaurant had added a deck on the beach for seating. Less beach area on the bay.

No question about it the fish carpaccio was the winner. They offer a n amazing happy hour with cheap drinks, rum and beer as well as free chips and Dollar appertizers.. All of the appetizers are worthwhile but clearly the fish carpaccio is the winner. All of our local Nica friends headed there for happy hour as well. The Regular... More

The sopa de pescado is to die for and the drinks are nicely made and pretty strong. It is a higher end joint without being pretentious, but be prepared to get a bill with US prices all over it. Go once to experience it and then go to the other spots where the food is really good and the prices... More

We were there to get a snack and a beer at 7 pm The place is nice and it wasn't full but the service is very slow also for the standard here, inefficient as well! The snacks not so bad at the end

I did not really have lunch or dinner here, (only "Happy Hour" snacks), so I cannot really comment on their regular meals. I came here for sunset and ordered their $2 margarita and $2 cervice. For its prime location, this is actually a quite good bargain 9of course, you can also sit on the beach, watching sunset, for free). The... More

This is the largest and one of the oldest restaurants in San Juan del Sur. It is the most popular restaurant serving traditional Nicaraguan beach fare. Located right on the beach! Full service, full bar. Fabulous sunsets!
