A friend told me about their chicken salad, happened to come to one and we stopped for lunch. Since we had never been there our waitress, Amity, was so very helpful. Their soup that day was Yankee crab soup. This soup was awesome as well as the chicken salad. I hope the right person sees this and gives Amity employee... More

I ordered the Mallard- Top round roast beef, bacon, melted cheddar, mushrooms, Ikey’s Sauce. It's served on a pretzel roll with kettle chips. The sandwich was really good. I especially liked the sauce. I got the special because it included an additional side. I chose potato salad. The portion was large and what I tasted was very good. I would... More

Hi, JRCOM! While I'm happy that you enjoyed your Mallard and chips, I am mortified about you finding a hair in your potato salad...even more so that the server did not correct the situation right then and there. Please contact Erin Barnhart-Proctor, our general manager at this location, so she can make this up to you. Her email is ebarnhart@isaacsdeli.com... More

Unusual menu. I think they are trying to offer a similar fare to Panera's fresh food menu. The sandwiches and soups were wonderful but pricey. Drinks are a little on the high side as well. Overall, a good experience.

The sandwiches were quite good. Pretzel bread was delicious and fresh. Stopped here for lunch before heading to Indian Echo Caverns. Service was slow and disorganized which took away from the overall experience.

Thank you for posting your review! It was a busy President's Day Weekend for us but being in a tourist area we should be more aware of how our service is in the dining room. Matt Hartman, our general manager at this location, will definitely want to hear about this so he can fix this. If you have any additional... More

It was a Saturday afternoon at about 2:30 pm. My husband never visited an Isaac's so we stopped in during our weekend getaway. We stood at the hostess stand for at like 5 minutes-completely ignored. Several workers walked by. Finally, the hostess came up and I told her there were 2 of us. She said it would be a 10... More

We have been coming here for years and we are always happy with our food. My kids enjoy the rainbow bread and the cookies for dessert. I love the pepperjack tomato soup, and the tortellini salad. My favorite sandwich is the bird of paradise, the pretzels rolls are so good. Service has always been pretty good. I appreciate the loyalty... More

Thank you for the review! Didjaknow that the Bird of Paradise was part of the original "flock" when we opened up back in 1983? It actually was the sandwich that Phil Wenger, the founder of Isaac's, used to test out different grill/broiler/ovens until he came up with the best one to use for our sandwiches! More

Isaac’s Famous Pepperjack Tomato Soup is delicious. The combo options are nice and one of their soups can be paired with a list of 1/2 sandwiches. Our server was very nice and attentive. Always a treat to eat at Isaac's!

Thank you to Isaac's for the free sandwich you offer to all our active and retired military....we had the Scarlet Ibis and Twisted Chicken Pretzel. Done perfectly and they were busy.
