Grandma's Grotto specializes in gluten free food, but also has a nice selection of regular items. Mainly pizza, Italian entrees and sandwiches. Food is good, though slightly higher in price than other establishments in the area.

We go here for dinner, always large portions and great tasting food. Decided to take home some pastries once. The cookies ($17.99 a pound) were not good especially at that price compared to bakeries. The pumpkin bread was $4.50 a slice, too expensive. I'll definitely...More

One I will say our dinner entree was delicious. We ordered gluten free veal parm. Now according to door dash the regular veal parm is 19.95. According to the gluten free menu in their restaurant it's 21.95. According to my receipt I got charged 21.95...More

When you first walk in, you might think this is just another family Italian restaurant. Then you see some beautiful looking pastries and are amazed that they are all gluten free (I have celiac). The menu has an extensive selection of gluten free dishes but,...More

Best gluten free pastries. I haven't had a dish that I haven't liked. Everyone is so friendly. If you have Celiac you must try.

Visiting family in PA, stumbled across Grandma's Grotto. Simple, family-run place, unpretentious building, interior, tables and chairs. One goes here for the food! We were lucky we went early (late afternoon), because it sure got crowded after 6pm. A restaurant where GF is normal and...More

This has by far the widest selection of gluten free food I’ve ever seen. More importantly, all of the food (gluten free or not) is amazing. While pizza or maybe some kind of pasta (typically with one sauce) might be possible at some places, this...More

This is only place that we've found that serves parmigiana (chicken, veal, sausage or shrimp) gluten free. This was our second time here (I forgot to put a review for our other visit a year ago) and we don't mind driving the hour to get...More

Not sure there is a question here. But if you are asking if it is noisy in the restaurant the answer is no. They do have some sort of soft background music playing.
