First the good: Food quality is outstanding. Love that everything's organic. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The bad: portions are small for the price. I had a bison burger and it was rather small for the $19. I don't recall it being that small...when I had it previously. The worst: They are really cheap with the liquor. To say they do NOT give a generous pour would be an understatement. I had a vodka on the rocks and they very meticulously measured out a shot being careful not to spill a drop. I know lots of places use a shot glass to measure out drinks but never have I seen any place be so stingy. My wife's wine pour was equally stingy. I'll likely not go back as there are plenty of farm-to-table organic restaurants in the area that provide a better value - Settler's Inn and Ravyn and Robyn (both in Hawley) immediately come to mind.More

My husband and I stopped in on a rainy Friday evening several weeks ago, and I would recommend this little gem if you are in the area and like an unusual and pleasant “foodie” menu and great drinks. They offered vegan and gluten free options,...service was excellent, and the bar did a fine job with cocktails. The atmosphere was a warm contrast of industrial with quirky tradional touches and the background music alternative upbeat and pleasant. I had the lamb special, which was done to tender perfection and gluten-free dessert trio plate was just the right finishing touch. The homemade soups are also very good; I tried the spicy cauliflower (yum!). The prices were a little higher than the typical Honesdale fare, but definitely worth it!More

Great food always something different and well put together. Small menu that changes with whatever local foods they get in from local farms. You can't go wrong, small dining area, and great service.

I have known about this place since its inception. The stars aligned, I was in town, a group of relatives had reservations and invited me along. The offerings are limited, but that is the premise of this farm to table place. we totalled 20 persons...and overwhelmed the kitchen, so service speed suffered. Every one of us was very pleased with our dinners. We would return.More

We tried Dyberry Forks for dinner two weeks ago (on a Friday). Both the exterior and the interior are appealing. A lot of thought appears to have gone into the design, and it clearly paid off. The lighting is somewhat unique, and as long as...the table is not moved, the spot light over the table is fine. On arrival, we were given a drinks menu - nobody inquired if we were going to eat as well. When we received the menu (at the table), it certainly looked interesting. Although a small selection only, it seems v very varied and designed to cater for different tastes. The starters (wedge salad and potato soup) were tasty, although the soup was only luke warm and the salad dressing a bit watery. After a long(wish) wait, the entrees arrived: Beef Brisket and Filet Mignon. The brisket was well cooked and very tasty. The Filet Mignon was of excellent quality, but - like the cauliflower - extremely spicy - so much that it distracted from the taste of the meat. Unfortunately, desserts consisted only of a selection of different ice creams and sorbets, which was rather disappointing. Whilst the service was friendly, given that only two tables were occupied for most of the time (including ours - and that on a Friday night) service seemed to be on the slow side. Overall, this is a nice restaurant which needs some additional thought in respect of the menu and manner of preparation. There was little warning that consuming the Filet Mignon would require several glasses of water to rid the mouth and tongue of the burning sensation - which spoilt it for me.More

We both enjoyed our choice of dinner specials. Farm to table ... prepared well with freshness and care from appetizer to dessert. Ambiance to our liking and service was very pleasant ... been back twice since initial visit and both times experience was consistent.

We came here on a recommendation and were not disappointed. The decor is a wonderful mixture of antiques, quirky and home; you feel comfortable right away. The food, bison burger with pickled onions and sriracha mayo was accompanied by outstanding fries, there is some secret...ingredient that gives them a unique taste. Hope we can come back sometime soon to sample their dinner menu.More

Enjoyed a dinner with another couple on Friday and we were all every impressed with our evening! The interior is very tastefully done with vintage meets 2018. The waitress, although slammed with tables, remained calm and was very good with suggestions and attention to all...her tables. The menu offers some really interesting and delicious offerings you’d be hard pressed to find anywhere in Honedale-Hawley. After a very pleasant experience we walked a few blocks and enjoyed ice cream at Gravity! Perfect evening and highly recommend!More

Just had the most delicious meal at dyberry forks. Started with beet gazpacho, followed by beef brisket with AMAZING banana spring roll. Super cool specialty cocktails and a great staff. Coming back again soon.
