Employees screwed up an order, cashier’s English was terrible and difficult to understand. Employees on the line were barely audible when placing our order.
That said, other than the order they botched, the other orders (party of 5) were accurate and tastes great. The order...they botched was both wrong and cold.More
An indication that this place is good is the lack of available parking spaces. Every space was taken, so we parked across the street in the parking deck. As we approached, we could see the long line, joined the line, but got smart and ordered...online. Good choice, because we received our order way before the people who were ahead of us.
The girl who was handling online orders was quick, pleasant, and customer friendly.
Brought our food to the hotel, and enjoyed the peace and serenity of our room. The food was excellent! Everything was fresh.More
Nothing new here, it's a Chipotle. All your favorite choices and the standard procedures. Line up, order, pay, eat. I had the carne asada bowl. It was very good. I am a fan of this chain wherever I go. You can't go wrong. Would come...again.More
Big note on the door, out of guacamole and we were greeted immediately and it was covered. Seemed very kind, very caring. The food was excellent, and we were even asked again if everything ok. Small town feel. Nice!
Went in at 415 on a Sunday afternoon. Line was maybe 5 people in front of us. The line moved as well it does at all Chipotles. Floor and tables were an absolute MESS! At a slack time like this, someone should have been sweeping,...wiping and generally cleaning the front of the house. It was far and away the worst mess I have ever seen in a Chipotle, and we have been in them at lunch rush the day after Thanksgiving!
We ate outside (the weather was great) and enjoyed our food. Our only complaint about the food is that in every Chipotle we have visited there is only ONE salt shaker and ONE pepper shaker! You have to ask for them, then the staff has to find them, and in this case they have to fill them! This must be a company-wide thing! Everything else about the food was fine, but the cleanliness of the place just spoke loudly about care for the customer.
We eat at Chipotle whenever we can find one, and this one had the food right but the out-front cleanliness wrong.More
It’s basically Subway for Mexican food. We went in right before closing and ordered our food. The food was made quickly and taste good. Many restaurants in this area close early, at the same time of the park. Plan ahead!
