A totally enjoyable dining experience! Everything was excellent. The staff could not have been more pleasant, even dealing with a large party of 8 adults and 2 children. The food was totally delicious and the portions were more than adequate. We were not rushed, like in many restaurants and the service was perfect. I highly recommend What if if you're... More

We went with a local couple that raved about the food. We shared a Greek Salad, and shared the Lump Crab appetizer and seared Scallops. The crab was fresh and tasty. The Scallop dish was fantastic. I had to ask but found that the plate was lined with a sweet corn "relish" and a Balsamic/Honey sauce. Excellent. Dennis who seemed... More

Average food and price doesn't support the quality. Staff was ok but atmosphere was subpar. I chose for the family so now I am paying with continuous jokes that all start with "what if". Make a better pick than I did while in Hershey.

The staff at this restaurant are all extremely friendly and efficient. The bar tender, Melissa was exceptional, and she serves great happy hour drinks with fresh squeezed juices in them like a grapefruit martini. The half price apps were eclectic yet delicious. Spicy lobster flat bread... Dinner is the next step in the flavorful evening. We had 4 different entrees... More

Another great dinner at our favorite restaurant in the Hershey area. What If continues to amaze and surprise us. Thank you to Melissa tonight for providing great service with a smile. See you next year.

You don't expect to find one of the best restaurants you've eaten at in a long time in the basement of a Howard Johnson Hotel but that is what happened. Everything from the luxuriant tables and booths, the beautiful artwork on the walls, the friendly service, interesting menu, great drink availability and excellent food was perfect. One of the best... More

We had a family group of 5 people, ages 10 to 73, and we were very pleased with the service and the food. The restaurant is located in the basement of a Howard Johnson's, and quite large. They were able to seat us on short notice. The wait staff was attentive, and they kept our water glasses full. We ordered... More

We were there for a fundraiser for Leukemia and sat at the Bar. Dennis was behind the bar and overseeing the dining room but we saw no decline in service. The Service was excellent and the descriptions of the food he offered was fantastic. The bone-in chop was cooked better than excellent! Yummy as were all the sides. Drinks were... More

What If...Of Hershey is located in the Howard Johnson Inn with a private lot. The restaurant is downstairs. As you go downstairs, you'll see a bunch of large vintage advertisements. On Saturday, we waited for the restaurant to open for lunch. Considering we were the only ones in the restaurant, the service was a bit slow as we waited 30... More
