My daughter and I stopped into this restaurant about 630 on a Thursday night, hungry and ready to eat. Unfortunately, there was a 30-35 min. wait to we opted for the counter service. It was nothing special though....ordering from a board and picking up the food ourselves and sitting in the "other side" of the restaurant. I would have liked... More

I wouldn't consider this an upscale restaurant but the the service and quality of food is definitely top notch. I had the shrimp pasta dinner, my wife had the sausage pasta dish. The small and large servings are both very filling. Jillian provided outstanding service!

Ate here on our 2nd day, wow! The service and the food were amazing. Our server was super friendly and helpful. All the pasta and sauces are made in house. We ordered the cheese ravioli, lobster ravioli, chicken parm, and turkey wrap. They were all 5 star quality. The lobster ravioli just melted in your mouth. The meal was way... More

Ate at Piazza Sorrento last night pre Paul McCartney concert, the food was excellent, and so was the service! Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals! Fresh pasta, great sauce, fresh ingredients! You could taste the love! The wonderful dinner only added to our already fabulous evening! Really so good we may have to drive back for more!

This is my new favorite restaurant! I can see why this place is always crowded and packed with happy diners. It offers excellent food and excellent service, with staff/employees who are very knowledgeable about food allergies. The times we went here, I ordered gluten free entrees, and they were wonderful. My husband ordered off the standard/regular menu, and he said... More

This is a great place stumbled upon while a family member was hospitalized. There are several mediocre restaurants in the area, but this one is a real find.

We had lunch at Piazza Sorrento our first day in Hershey and loved it. We ended up coming back for dinner the next two nights which was even more delicious. It was that good. My two sons are big eaters and they left very happy.

We chose Piazza Sorrento because they have a full gluten-free menu as well as a regular menu. We ordered from both menus. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. My daughter, who for health reasons, can't eat gluten, was thrilled to be served pasta, fresh bread, and even dessert, all carefully prepared to prevent cross contamination. Our server was attentive... More

We took 12 of us to this restaurant while on our family vacation at Hershey. What an awesome meal! They seated us with another large family in a secluded section which was great if you worry about small children making noise. This place had a real family feel to it, which we enjoyed. And the food was to die for!... More

After spending an exhausting day at Hershey's Park we wanted a decent meal to end a long day. After reading the reviews on TA and seeing that Piazza Sorrento was a 5-minute drive from our hotel, we loaded into our car and drove to this establishment. It was a Saturday night, and since it was a spur of the moment... More

Voted "Best New Restaurant" by Harrisburg Magazine in 2009, Piazza Sorrento is a modern Italian restaurant based on the "Old World" Italian recipes of the owner's family back in Italy. The Bolognese sauce they grew up on and the tradition of family is the cornerstone of the Piazza Sorrento dining experience. Dedicated to providing the finest in service, food, and wine at a fair and competitive price, Piazza Sorrento makes regional and classic Italian cuisine using premium local ingredients while keeping the history of the dish and region intact. Piazza Sorrento not only provides the best in authentic Italian cooking this side of the Atlantic, but also believes that all patrons, whether adults or children, should be welcomed like one big family - even those with certain dietary requirements. That is why Piazza Sorrento is widely known for their extensive Gluten Free menu, another reason patrons routinely drive over an hour or more to dine in relative ease and safety.
