Our friends brought us to Nais, a restaurant they return to time and again. We found the food well prepared and delicious. Our waitress was pleasant and informative. Unlike most waiters she asked permission before clearing the table (one of us was still eating). She did not intrude on our conversation with our friends to ask, "how are we doing",... More

The restaurant is tucked away on a side street off of Darby Road. There is a parking lot across the street. The restaurant is divided into separate rooms, the largest in the back. Tables are candlelit. The food was very good. People in our group had duck, lamb and trout and everyone was very pleased with their meal. We also... More

Four of us had dinner last Saturday night. For our entree two of us had trout stuffed with crab meat., the third had lamb curry and the fourth ordered duck "a l'orange". The meals were OK, but not outstanding.. The appetizer, endive salad, and the dessert, a pear with Grand Marnier were very good.. ,

I was really surprised at how different my dining experience was from the previous reviewers. The ambience at Nais Cuisine is dark and tired. I could easily overlook that, were it not for my disappointment with the food. The linguini with clams was more a soup than an appetizer, with the dish floating in way too much disturbingly sweet cream... More

we went to nais because of their discount coupon. the place was busy. we enjoyed the duck but found their related restaurant in malvern, Bunha Fahn to be much better. There are no other french thai restaurants in Haverford and this one is acceptable.

We have been coming to Nais for many years, and the food and ambiance is always superior. I particularly like their duck entrees, but have enjoyed almost everything they serve!

Met some friends for dinner. It's our favorite place. Great food and service. BYOB. Can't beat it. Filet with extra sauce is my favorite!! French onion soup is to die for and love the caesar salad too.

This is a local restaurant in a neighborhood. Parking during dinner is across the street in a parking lot or on-street. Wait staff are very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is "homey", nothing ostentatious. But the food makes up for it. There is a wonderful choice of appetizers....the best french onion soup. Most food entrees have an asian flair. Thai/French/American...good... More

If you want an excellent meal and any kind of ambiance is not important, this is the place. Wonderful food, lovely staff and reasonable prices. This establishment has been around for years and I am glad.

Nais used to be laid out in such a way that, every time the door opened, the place became freezing cold. They've fixed that. That was a major issue. This is still a dependable place. It won't send you into paroxysms of delight, but you won't be sorry you ate here. And it won't set you back a paycheck either.... More
