Both my husband and I like to cook and get fussy about going out. Traveling we have hit and miss, but this is a HIT! The restaurant is not large, but keeps a good turnover flow. Pleasant, experienced staff who manage the small, quaint setting with grace, charm and skill while making you feel like family. Food? Yum. You will... More

Old fashion busy diner. Quick service, large portions with big breakfast selections. Not open for dinner.

I went for breakfast and was amazed at the amout of food. They are known for their flapjacks which were pretty terrific. They had a taste of nutmeg in them . the diner is small about 10 tables plus the bar. It's decorated with antiques such as old cash registers, jute box , cigarette machine and metal signs. They also... More

Seating is limited, prices are fantastic, food is great. Pick your times wisely, during the week I'd say is the best. If you go on a weekend, don't be in a hurry. This spot fills up quickly

Went here for breakfast. The place is small (so be prepared to wait for a table) but has lots of character. Service is quick and friendly. The flapjacks with eggs and scrapple all have great flavor and texture and they put something extra in the French toast (maybe nutmeg) which gives it a lift. The deep fried Oreos are pure... More

Well it was on the Diner show before and there are lines on weekends so might as well try it! It has 6-8 booths and some bar stools. So tiny. We sat ourselves. No sign to do that or to wait but no podium. And I looked to see if cash only but didn't see a sign. It is. I... More

I have been to Daddypops on at least 25 occasions for breakfast and find the food and atmosphere to be very good. Prices are reasonable and I just love the old vintage-style diners. They have this one appropriately decorated. Our waitress always remembers our little quirks and heads us off at the pass, pre-emptively bringing the things we like.

Went to daddypops after always wanting to go. It looks cute from the outside, recommended by a few friends. Our experience was not that good. The kids & I did not enjoy the food- it was just ok. The service was not very friendly or attentive. It's cash only. The bathroom is in dire need of an update. There are... More

I have tried this place several times. Lunch was not good. My turkey sandwich was unbelievably dry. Tried breakfast 3 different times and it was not enjoyable. Potatoes have way too much butter which made me nauseous every time. The coffee is weak. One thing was good: asked for the Scrapple well done and I did enjoy that.
