The food is excellent; the staff is excellent; but the FIREBREAD is the reason to stop in and relax. Yes, you can get a beer (craft or other) or a nice mixed drink....but when you are ordering, DO NOT skip over the firebread! This concoction is better than advertised (it's not) and should be on EVERY table EVERY day! It... More

We were there around 1:00 on a Monday afternoon. The restaurant did not seem crowded, though I don't know how many people, if any, were in the upstairs area. The food was very good, but the service was slow. Once we were seated, it was almost ten minutes before someone came to take our drink order (by that time, we... More

Don't bother getting the Seared Dayboat Scallops. The service and atmosphere were great. Our waitress did a wonderful job. However, the food was mediocre and overpriced. 3 of us ordered the Dayboat Scallops and all 3 of us were disappointed. For $30 you get 4 small (I mean one bite small) overcooked scallops (fishy tasting/salty) thrown on a $1.00 worth... More

This is a great restaurant for folks that like to eat in a "recycled" facility; this one obviously being an old firehouse. Excellent "upscale" bar food. I had their homemade chili and homemade gumbo - - both were EXCELLENT. A LOT of firemen paraphernalia all around the restaurant.

I was surprised when I went in. It was a converted firehouse as the name states. Downstairs was a bar and down below that was more seating. We sat upstairs and had a great view below us. This place has a lot of character which I enjoyed. We had calamari as a appetizer which was med perfectly. I had the... More

Friday evening dinner with family. Really neat historical building with great decor. Food was good, parmesan wings for the kids, filet sandwich for husband. I had the kobe sliders and they were really delicious.

The food was good. The bar area was a little much when you first walk in the door. Prices were reasonable.

I attended a business banquet here and was absolutely amazing by the quality of the food and the fun atmosphere of their 3rd floor banquet room!!! I can't wait to go back and try their everyday menu!!!

I was excited to come in for happy hour drinks with a group of girlfriends this last Saturday in the early evening and was disappointed by the lack of even trying to accommodate our group and almost being talked to in a short tone like we were not welcomed. I understand when we were told by the hostess with the... More

Went for lunch with co-worker, I got the grilled cheese and soup and I loved it. I like the atmosphere and it was a nice change of pace. Staff was good and I would go back.
