I would have never thought that I’d find delicious Mexican food in a pizza shop, but Right Pizza place is serving some of the best Mexican food in the area! My wife was driving down Colonial Road and saw the words Mexican Food/tacos scroll across...the marque outside a pizza shop and we knew we had to give it a try that same night and we are so glad we did. Online ordering is very easy and during pick-up we were greeted with a warm/friendly welcome. The inside of Right Pizza is very clean with a good sized seating area compared to most pizza shops. While we only ordered Mexican on this visit, but the pizza and dinners we saw being prepared looked amazing so we will have to try the Italian choices next time. Now for the food… We ordered the Carnitas Platter, which was cooked perfectly, seasoned well and not greasy at all. The Al Pastor taco platter (my go to taco to rate a place on) came with 3 over stuffed tacos, was delicious with a nice balance of flavors, and the tortillas did NOT fall apart! Both platters came with rice (fresh and flavorful) beans. We were impressed with the large portion size for the price of the entrees. Tamales are my wife’s favorite to try and we were pleased with the one we ordered, being better than others in the area. Tamales can be tricky since they are not something that is usually made on a daily basis, but Right’s were pretty good. The one minor disappointment out of everything was their standard salsa. The chips were nice and crispy, but the salsa was too sweet/tomatoey instead of having the “zing” I like. Overall, I was very impressed and thrilled to find a place for good authentic Mexican food close to home! I look forward to return visits and will update the review after trying the pizza. I use to think cannolis were gross. Until I was given a free one here. Let me tell you it was delicious. The pizza is always hot, cheesy and delicious. We also love their subs and fries. Always friendly staff.

I am usually so impressed with this place. The people are friendly, the food is EXCELLENT. I am a regular because I work right around the corner. Today I asked to substitute shrimp on my salad instead of the chicken that it normally comes with....I was told it would be an extra charge, which I was happy to pay. When I got back to work I discovered that I had only been given THREE pieces of shrimp. I called to let them know and was told that they charge a DOLLAR PER SHRIMP. I have never heard of such a thing, and the man on the phone obviously did not care that I felt cheated. It is so disappointing that I had this experience at a place that is normally so on point.More

They have great food and Excellent service and Excellent quality won't find any better place even the owner help and is very Friendly
