I ordered General Tsos chicken with extra brocolli and extra sauce and it arrived 50 minutes later very extra dry. Also chicken is kind of undercooked. Very dissatisfied and disappointed, I didnt eat all day and now im hungry

GOOD ASIAN TAKE OUT OR DELIVERY IN GLENSIDE

Good take out style Asian Food, very good selection of items. Great Won Ton soup, all reasonable price. Pick up or delivery only. Speedy delivery. Good tasty and fresh sushi and meals. Only item we did not like were the boneless ribs. Ordered multiple times, all good. Recommended

Stale oil smell food

We usually go here Red house in Glenside PA for past two years. This Nov 2024 we order something and they all came with very bad smell with stale oil odor. It seems they made with old oil and I called them they said my manger will call and they never did. I lost trust in them; I will never go to them again or recommend anyone.

Fabulous Asian Food!!

Actually, it was delivered, and they were so fast and kind. This was incredibly delicious!! The sushi was so fresh, and quite a good amount, very much appreciated. The spicy chicken was tender, and in a delicate sauce. I've already recommended this restaurant to friends and family!! Thank you very much, Laura M Sherwood

Automatic 20% tip charge on a delivery order?

Spent 20 minutes reading through menu on grubhub, adding numerous items to cart, deciding what we wanted. Saw a coupon for a free roll when spending more than $30 (except special rolls). Added a spicy tuna roll to the cart. Ready to check out, $55.00 in items. Spicy tuna roll was not subtracted. Okay--website programming isn't quite right, I'll delete the roll... or maybe I just really want that sushi roll now that I think about it. Never mind the coupon, no big deal. Proceed to final pay screen. WTF, they are adding 20% tip to a delivery order?! Ummmmm, no. Thanks for wasting my time. So to be clear, this review is based entirely on Red House's practice of charging 20% tip for deliveries. I have no idea if their food is delicious or not. And I will never know, as long as they charge an additional 20% for delivery. They already add a separate charge for delivery, and moreover I would have tipped the driver. But no--I will not pay a 20% tip charge unless I'm eating in the restaurant.

Had this delivered to hotel. No utensils or napkins were included. Remarkably tasteless food with re exception of the ginger chicken which was average. The rice was super fluent. Bbq spareribs seemed like they had been boiled and covered with sweet red sauce.

Food just average

This place doesn't look very appetizing, and the food was blah. The best thing we ordered was the egg roll but it was downhill from then on. We will not be ordering again.

won ton soup very good!

Stopped quick and got won ton soup and egg roll. Always a 1st test for Chinese. Passed the test. Maybe allittle pricey, for the location and appearance, but very tasty.

Asian Fusion Takeout

I have ordered from this restaurant several times in the short time it has opened. The menu is very large and you can get any thing Asian. The food is fresh and tasty. They also deliver which is a plus. The prices are very good and the portions are large. I do recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Enjoying Chinese Take Out Again

Our fingers were crossed that when Red House opened, we'd finally have a good Chinese take out place in our neighborhood again. And apparently, it worked! We ordered food from them last week and it was great. My favorite is Mei-Fun. Yum! Red House is our new favorite place for Chinese take out!

Just opened....

Happened to drive by and saw they had opened. My son and I ordered two Bento boxes. Pretty good deal, Miso soup (good), salad with ginger dressing (very good), 2 small California rolls, 2 dumplings, an entree and, of course, the fortune cookie. My son got the chicken teriyaki and I got the pork katsu and both were delicious. Looks like it is take-out only for now. Room for a few tables if they wanted to. Looking forward to trying a bunch of items from an extensive menu which includes Chinese and Japanese including sushi and sashimi.
