Went here with a colleague for a quick lunch bite. Very good quality, fast in service and high friendliness even at busy lunch hours. Totally worth the trip!

Billed as a house of noodles and fine Vietnamese cuisine, our family tried this restaurant for the first time. As with most Asian cuisine restaurants these days, it is located in a strip mall, with accompanying decor. The menu was extensive, offering an array of Asian dishes. Not all are Vietnamese, so if you are new to this cuisine, and... More

I work right around the corner from Bamboo and go about monthly to get Pho. It's delicious and affordable and the portions, as always, are big. I also really enjoy the spring rolls. I prefer the eye round steak Pho but the chicken is also good. It's nice the place is BYOB too.

Went here for lunch a while back. The service was attentive and the food was very good. Prices were about average. I would go back.

Bamboo is our favorite go-to restaurant. The food is always fresh, taste great and is reasonably priced. Excellent customer service as well!

Family owned Vietnamese food. BYOB. Generally light food, low salt, big on flavor. Nice spot for dinner. Not so for lunch b/c no lunch menu, and the dinner portions they serve are just too big. Best wonton ever. Order it with extra wontons. Be careful on spice, as Vietnamese food is far spicier than Chinese, so if you order your... More

Vietnamese food is generally very fresh and quite light compared with some other Asian fare... Bamboo house is no exception. I thoroughly recommend their Summer Rolls as a light and tasty starter ahead of a heart-warming, medium-spiced Yellow Chicken curry. The restaurant was quiet, so service was reasonably fast. Waiter was very friendly and checked on our party enough without... More

I probably would have given Bamboo a better review if the service had been just ok. As it was, the place was crowded and the phone was ringing off the hook. People around us were served as we waited for our food. Additionally, someone ordered their entree with mild heat, but couldn't eat their food because it was so over... More

We went there for lunch. They close at 2 pm in afternoon. We ordered in advance. My husband ordered a stir fry noodle and instead they prepared a salad with cold vermicelli noodles charred grilled chicken. We asked for it to be sautéed. Waitress refused saying this is how its served. It was very strange. It's takes less than 5... More

So glad we have a great noodle place in the western suburbs! And their small plates are fab too. Favorites are the Bamboo Special with beef, the summer roll always, wings are awesomeness personified, and the salmon with black chili sauce. I'm looking forward to trying the short ribs the next time I visit. Enjoy!
