This is a nice place to go for takeout steak sandwiches and hoagies. The sandwiches are freshly made and they are not skimpy filling the Italian rolls.

Had a cheesesteak today from Annas. Meat to cheese ratio is way off. It's a very generous portion of meat, which I appreciate, but it does no good when the amount of cheese added onto it makes my sandwich basically taste like a plain steak instead of a cheesesteak. I see another reviewer felt the same way. I was pretty... More

I grew up on Anna's Hoagies in the 50"s. Every time I go home I worry that they won't be there any more . There is always a positive greeting , generous servings for the locals as wells as the visitors. I would suggest that you eat in and enjoy the sincere care that everyone seems to have for each... I've hear this was a great place to get a cheese steak from a lot of people. I decided to check it out one day. I ordered a small cheese steak and it was huge. I couldn't even finish half of it. The sandwich itself was pretty good and huge amounts of steak. I wish there was more cheese though.... More

We were back in the area for a family reunion of sorts and I remembered how good Anna's was (from even before my high school days) and still is. This place has been here for 50+ years, and no wonder - it has great food at reasonable prices. We had 4 cheese steaks for my wife and I, and our... More

We have always tried to get to Anna's whenever we were in the Philly area. Their hoagies never disappoint - always excellent. This is true even when we finally finish the last of a hoagie a couple of days later when we are home in Virginia.

Ok, you can go to crappy tourist trap like Gino's or Pat's for a minor excuse for a cheese-steak. If you want a REAL cheese-steak come to Anna's. The steak is thin shaven and fried before your very eyes. The onions are fresh, the cheese melted amongst the massive amount of steak is incredible. Nothing compares to bread and pretzels... More

The breakfast sandwiches are great I grew up on them. The service is touch and go. If it is your first time don't get rubbed the wrong way, the place is use to 99% of customers being regulars. The place is also cash only so check your wallet before you go.

When we have group meetings or small parties, we always make a quick trip to Anna's. You can't swing a cat in this area of Delco without hitting a sandwich shop, pizza joint, or fast food eatery. I've tried them all and when I don't want to be disappointed or have to make excuses to the folks that will be... More

Sandwiches are the best.Breakfast sandwiches are one of a kind, and for lunch it's either the cheese steak or an Italian hoagie with fried hots.
